This Belle store and team is awesome. Had an issue with my car emerge while driving and stopped in for service. Their approach and communication all along the way was first class. I will definitely be taking my car to Belle and visiting this store again. Great experience

I had a piece of metal in my tire, and I went to Belle on Golf Rd. Manny instantly greeted me, and he was very professional. He took care of the tire issue, and they were able to patch it. I want to express how above my expectations the customer service Manny provided was. It was beyond refreshing to see someone still genuinely care about customer service. I feel it's been a dying art, but Manny really made my experience terrific. I will return for any future tire needs.

Incompetent and snooty. Came in for my Cadillac making a loud noise. After an hour the manager basically said they don't really know what the issue is, that they have do more diagnosis, but kept saying multiple times it will be "very expensive" insinuating I couldn't afford it. Lol.
When the "mechanic" brought my car up front, he practically threw the keys at me no smile, no words, didn't even look at me. Like I would trust that punk kid with my car?
Funny thing is, I took it to another mechanic and turns out it was the wheel bearings, figured it out in 2 seconds, and fixed it for under $400.
They obviously didn't want to work on my car, and instead of admitting it, they tried making it seem like it was out of my league.
Too bad cuz not only can I afford it but I have a whole network of family and friends they lost referrals to because of their smart alek attitudes.
Also, might want to try actually following up with your clients, wait...why do that when you're incompetent???

Purchased their 1 year valet program to store tires. After having my all season tires returned I'm now being told that I have to pay again to have my winter tires even though I just purchased the program in December. This was not what I was told when I purchased the valet program. To add insult to injury I had a 2 PM appointment and was told when I arrived all their techs are on lunch. Why do I have an appointment for no one to be here to service the vehicle after waiting 30 minutes my car still had not moved and no other vehicles were being serviced. If I have an appointment you know I'm coming, have someone here to service the car or tell me when I made my appointment it was lunch time for your techs and I would have picked another time. Watch out for bait and switch tactics on their programs! I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
