  ALL ACTIVE DUTY BE WARY OF THIS LOCATION. The employees of this Enterprise, today 30 July working at 4pm local time, created extreme unnecessary stress and difficulty for an active duty military member needing an insurance rental.The military member (in uniform), stationed locally, with a valid military ID and a valid and confirmed USAA referral to the location for insurance claim rental, was first stopped because his state drivers license has an expired date, and the employees were unwilling to understand the laws of the issuing state. A 10-second Google search reveals his state of record (and issuer of license) law states that non-commercial driver licenses in the state DO NOT EXPIRE for active duty military members until 90 days after they seperate or return (relocate back) to the state. They THEN required an active duty service member, in uniform, with valid ID, to provide both their orders AND a letter from their ranking enlisted unit official to PROVE that they are locally stationed, even though this member has been stationed here already for years. Even with all of that, the workers at this Enterprise made the military member wait even longer while they sent all of this to their Risk department to make the decision for them. This is the ONLY Enterprise I have ever seen this treatment at for active duty members. What should have been resolved in 30 minutes instead was dragged on for hours, adding to what was already a very stressful situation after an accident.

  Did not have the rental car requested and did not find out until we showed up to pick it up. Left us scrambling to find a car.

  Jessica from the Highland IL location was superb in helping us in an emergency situation. Our car was being repaired locally - she sent a car to bring us to the rental shop, got us taken care of and back on our way quick! She also helped me with an early return the following day when our repairs were complete. Thank you!
