  I was in an accident on I-70 outside of Highland. Illinois State Police called ADR for the tow. They towed my vehicle to their tow lot. Everyone we worked with was very kind and Helpful. I think the tow driver's name was Phil. He took great care of the vehicle and helped us get our things out after we got to the shop. The lady at the front desk (I can't remember her name) was extremely helpful and patient with us as we dealt with insurance. After my insurance arranged for a rental car, I was starting to order an Uber, but she said hang on, and called her son to come pick us up and drive us to Glen Carbon about 20 miles away. I live about 250 miles away so I probably wont need their services again. However, I ever needed anything for a vehicle and I was in their area, I would definitely go there.

  I have to say that this is one of the nicest, most reasonably priced, response time within an hour. This is by far the best company I have dealt with personally. I'm not even from the area, I was visiting a friend. The lady that answered the phone was completely wonderful and the young man that came and towed me out Robbie. Was the best ever!!!! They are very polite,They held true to their word, very inexpensive and have a great professional attitude. I would recommend them to anyone and again, I am not from this area, I'm from Missouri, but they should be your number one phone call if you need anything. THANK YOU TRULY
