  These people trying to play your best friend. Talk to them about buying a car they sent me over paperwork with all kinds of different fees not fee dealer fee. One of them was for $2000 saying it was for cleaning the vehicle and getting it ready for out of State customers. I said I really don’t need all of that stuff. I would really like just to buy the car out right so he said I understand. Let me work with you so then he sends me another one that has Iowa State processing that wasn’t on the first one. They just do whatever they want. Add whatever fees when they want to try to get you to buy a car. These are the Dirty old salesman tactics. I would run far away from this place.

  Naomi was excellent to work with. She was efficient, transparent throughout the process and answered all of our questions. She worked with us to get a price that was reasonable for the features we were looking for. Would recommend anyone looking for a luxury vehicle to consult with her and Gravity Auto for a good deal.

  *** UPDATE 10/9/26 *** Dynamic Don B does it again! He immediately reached out to me today and made it right. Thank you again to Don and the Gravity Autos Management, job well done. Very happy customer here. I was an out of state buyer on 10/3/26 for a 2021 Acura RDX. Good and mixed experience The good... Don B was excellent at communicating and extremely quick to respond, nice. Nada was very nice and great to deal with, wonderful. On the test drive and inspection, 2 issues needed addressed. Not as good... I was assured all vehicles are inspected and detailed. Website says every vehicle is inspected before going on the lot. One of two major issues was that tires were very very cracked, they did negotiate an allowance for part of the cost of replacement tires, that was ok. Second, bad rear vibration when braking. I was assured that the vehicle has been sitting for a bit and needs to smooth out. I did choose to move forward with the purchase. At my hometown Acura dealership on 10/7/26 shared with me that RDX brakes did have an actual issue, warped rear rotors and needed pads.

  This auto dealer had some of the best prices in the location for the type of vehicle I was looking for. Generally, I do no limit my search to my location, but I will search around the country for the correct price. Finding a good deal on a Lucid was not only important to me, but having the correct trim. While I was willing to go to California, turns out this place was not far from me. The quality of the vehicle purchased was like from the original dealership. I worked with Stephanie and Brandon who helped me to secure the deal. I came in with my own loan and was able to get the deal accomplished. This dealer did have one issue with a extra bump with a category they call a "dealer's fee", but we was able to compromise on that extra fee. Outside of that, they had an awesome selection, with extremely competitive prices. I welcome others to give them a try, especially if you are looking for high end vehicles such as Rolls Royce and Bentley, which they have a few in stock at the time of my review. Thank you again.
