WARNING!! Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. They are extremely terrible to do business with. I had issues with my car the very same night I got home! They are impossible to get in contact with and communication is VERY POOR! They were adamant about selling me a warranty when I bought the vehicle! A warranty that doesn’t want to cover my repairs now!! Crooks!! Unethical people that have no shame!!
Negative stars if I could!! Save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE!!

Stephanie was a great salesperson. She was very transparent about all the details of the deal with some room to negotiate based on down payment considerations. The Finance Managers was able to make the deal happen as I was very particular about what I wanted my loan amount goal to be. As I wasn’t too enthusiastic about the APR, I was still grateful I was able to get what I wanted with the poor credit score I had. They trusted what I brought to the table, my overall income and down payment did leave room to crunch my he numbers. They even fed us..we drove from Milwaukee and stated we were hungry and Stephanie offered us a complete plate of food. I appreciate the service. Definitely recommend.
I had an excellent experience with Gravity Auto Chicago from start to finish. They did a great job throughout the entire buying process, making everything smooth and stress-free.
A special thank you to Naomi, my sales representative. She was always quick to respond to my messages and emails, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated every step of the way. Her professionalism and communication made buying a vehicle from out of state a very easy experience.
I purchased a 2024 Lexus GX 550, and I couldn't be happier. The dealership even arranged to have the vehicle shipped to me, and it arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
I highly recommend Gravity Auto Chicago to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding customer service. Thank you, Naomi, and the entire team, for making this such a great car-buying experience!
I recently purchased an Audi from Gravity Autos. The car itself is beautiful, and my salesperson, Simona, was very friendly and professional throughout the process.
Unfortunately, my overall experience with the dealership was disappointing. The advertised price was not the actual price I ended up paying. Only when I was ready to buy did I find out about several additional dealer fees that were never clearly disclosed beforehand. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships before and have never experienced this level of hidden charges.
I was also disappointed with the trade-in offer. Gravity Autos offered me significantly less for my vehicle than CarGurus’ instant offer, which made the deal even less competitive.
While I am happy with the Audi, I believe the dealership should be much more transparent about its pricing. Customers should know the true out-the-door price before making the trip to the dealership, not discover unexpected fees during the final paperwork.
I would recommend shopping here only if you carefully review every fee and get a complete out-the-door price in writing before agreeing to purchase.
Overall, this was an extremely negative experience. Gravity Autos agreed to replace the worn tires on the BMW X3 M Competition I was buying. I asked salesperson Don Barclay three times what tires were installed. He repeatedly said he would show me, but never did.
After signing, I discovered that the dealership had installed inexpensive American Roadstar private-label tires. On a high-performance M vehicle, tires directly affect braking, traction and handling. Instead of taking my safety concern seriously, GM Gibran Naseer dismissed it as “brand preference” and focused only on whether the tires met the minimum legal standard.
His response made me feel that saving the dealership money and closing the sale mattered more than transparency, customer trust or providing tires reasonably appropriate for the vehicle. Management refused any replacement, credit or compromise.
Dishonest, money hungry manager Gibran Naseer. Run away from this place.
