  Absolutely the best dealership experience I’ve ever had! Naomi was truly outstanding — incredibly informative, responsive, and even available after hours. This was a major purchase for me, so having someone who genuinely cared made all the difference. One thing that really stood out was when she said, “I’m working for you, not just the dealership.” That was both reassuring and refreshing to hear. They also went above and beyond to help meet both my timeline and my price target. Overall, an unbelievable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

  Good overall experience. Don was my sales lead and did a nice job navigating the process. Dealership also open for some negotiations. Overall, nice car, nice history of the vehicle and believe the overall deal was a good one. If you see a car you like, it’s worth stopping in to check it out.

  I recently bought a BMW X3 here and the purchase experience was good and was able to do everything before driving down to the dealership from 2 hours away. Car has some issues. A day or 2 after bringing it home I noticed the passenger headlight was goofy and full on condensation. Took it to my local BMW mechanic and the whole headlight housing needed to be replaced at $2,500. Then all the tires were almost completely bald so that ended up costing $1,800. So a week into having the car I had to fork over a bunch of money. They probably just need to do better inspections on the vehicles before selling.

  After an extensive nationwide search for the right luxury SUV, I ultimately purchased from Gravity Autos Chicago and had a positive overall experience. The key was having Naomi as my sales consultant. Naomi was professional, responsive, patient, and easy to work with throughout the process. I especially appreciated her partnership-oriented approach and willingness to help navigate conversations with the finance department rather than using high-pressure tactics.   What a wonderful experience for gravity autos to make my daughter’s dream car come true my daughter had the occasion along with me to fly to Chicago and meet with Gibran and he was absolutely amazing. The finance manager Danny was absolutely fantastic, not to mention Nebi. My daughter purchased a Lamborghini and she could not be happier.
