  These guys are a class act. They were honest, fair, and genuine. They moved quickly as well. Bekk in sales is fabulous, as was his guy Joe. I'd do more business with them in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

  Purchased a used Acura from them in May 2026. They charged me $500 for an "out of state processing fee" . It's now mid August, the temp tag has expired, and they have not transferred the title to my state so I can plate my car, making the car undrivable. They refused to reissue a temp tag while they sorted titling issues on there end. I'm now referring them to Secretary of State police for violating consumer protection laws... You've been warned.

  On August 5th, my wife and I traveled just over and hour from Indiana to the Genesis of Highland Park, IL to purchase our GV80. Ronnie, was our sales rep and was awesome to work with. He was professional and provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable of our vehicle. Also, Ronnie's manager Sean assisted us with providing us with a loaner Genesis and delivering our vehicle to our home. It was an overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend Genesis of Highland Park, IL if you're looking to purchase a Genesis. Lastly, the price of our vehicle was great as well.

  An NEW electric GV60 was purchased last month, and it was delivered from another California dealer because the color I prefer is out of stock. Unfortunately, the AC and windshield wiper didn't work as intended for a NEW car. The service department fixed the wiper, but the AC turned out had more serious problem in the past week or so again, blowing hot air during the summer heat. From a more detailed diagnosis, they found that the evaporator is malfunctioned. A NEW car has two issues and the sales department failed to check before delivery, and the service department failed to detect it the first time for the AC?! Honestly, I'm perturbed about what Genesis claims to be a "luxury" experience. Simply hope this won't happen again for other customers...
