Bought a 2026 genesis gv70 with 3,145 miles on it. Brought it home the speakers didn’t work. Next day it wouldn’t start. Have had it fixed twice for the same issue, service brake light system. Was stranded for hours. Was treated rudely by the manager. Now I’m stuck with 2026 that paid cash for that I’m scared to drive because of the risk of it stopping on me or leaving me stranded.

I had an amazing experience with Genesis of Highland Park, especially working with Sean and Bekk. They got me a fantastic deal on my new GV80 and went out of their way to source the exact color combination I wanted. The entire process was incredibly transparent and straightforward. Pricing was clear from the beginning, there were no games or surprises, and everything was exactly as discussed. That’s not always easy to find when buying or leasing a car. Sean and Bekk were also just great people to work with — responsive, professional, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. They made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable, even with the vehicle needing to be shipped to me. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend Genesis of Highland Park and especially Sean and Bekk. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

I contacted Joe/y looking for a 2026 GV80 2.5 Prestige or 3.5 Advanced. He was extremely helpful and transparent about the pricing and didn’t hide any fees and was no pressure about any F&I products. My new 3.5 Advanced GV80 arrived to my house in CO on Friday (which was also my birthday 🎉) and still even had the plastic wrap on the seats. I’m thrilled about my car and highly recommend this dealership, especially for out of state customers. The local dealers were trying to charge way more a month and were NOT transparent or willing to work out a deal that wasn’t exorbitant in additional fees and overpriced. The whole process with Highland Park Genesis was quick and efficient (like a week) and I’m very grateful to have found the exact car I wanted for color & trim and appreciate the honest experience. Fernando was involved as well and also great. Thank you!

I had an incredibly easy, low pressure, friendly and professional car buying experience. Thanks to Norma and Sean I was able to buy a great vehicle with no hassle or sneaky tricks. They were super easy to work with and handled a tricky trade in situation with ease. They were very transparent and helpful, I would definitely purchase another vehicle here!

An awesome sales department to work with. Worked with Juan and Sean, and both of these guys were no pressure and very easy to work with. Spoke with gentleman named Beck for a bit as well, and he was just as professional and easy going. Ultimately did not wind up buying a vehicle from here, at no fault of their’s, but I definitely won’t hesitate to head back here if another vehicle catches my eye that they have.
