During each visit, he would inspect my entire vehicle and recommend replacing multiple parts, many of which did not appear to require immediate attention. I understand that offering maintenance recommendations is part of customer service. However, the way these recommendations were presented made me feel that the primary goal was to increase sales rather than address my vehicle's actual needs. It became very uncomfortable and embarrassing to be repeatedly told that numerous items needed to be replaced. Regardless of a customer's financial situation, customers should never feel pressured into purchasing services or repairs that are not genuinely necessary. Because of this experience, I stopped using your Hickory Hills location and began taking my vehicle to a different repair shop in another suburb.
