  Second time coming and are great. Their services quick. Definitely get you done in within 10 minutes and usually you can find a coupon online. They even text one to me for $25 which is awesome. I can't believe how oil has gone up. Everybody is over $100 just for a quick oil change but I'll take every coupon I can get especially when you get great service

  Jonathan was amazing! He was professional, understanding, caring, and incredibly thorough. I had recently received service at another Strickland Brothers location, and later that evening, I discovered a puddle of oil on my garage floor. The oil continued to leak throughout the week. After speaking with customer service, I chose to visit this location because I did not feel comfortable returning to the original one. Jonathan handled the situation exceptionally well. He listened carefully, apologized for the trouble I had experienced, and assured me that he would inform the appropriate members of management about what had happened. What I appreciated most was that he remained completely professional. He did not blame the employees at the other location or speak negatively about them. He simply focused on what mattered most: identifying the problem and doing everything he could to resolve it. Jonathan performed a thorough inspection to determine where the oil might be leaking, topped off my oil, and asked me to return so that he could check the vehicle again and continue monitoring the issue. His focus was on finding a solution and making sure that I was safe and comfortable driving my vehicle. That was truly a blessing to me. I deeply appreciated the time, care, and attention Jonathan gave me, especially since I had not originally received service at his location. Because of the way he handled this situation and the quality of service I received, I will be returning to this location for my future service needs. I will also gladly recommend this location to others. Strickland Brothers has an outstanding employee in Jonathan, and I am incredibly grateful for the care he showed me.
