  I wouldn't recommend this Autozone to anyone honestly. They had sold my dad an engine core replacement 3 years ago for my car and recently this year the engine turned out to be faulty but was luckily under warranty. We went to this location to initiate the exchange and we were told to bring the old engine core back to the store in order to be reimbursed for the purchase due to it being under warranty. When we went to return the engine today (7/9), managers informed us that they "could not receive" the core due it having been a problem for them the last time and we had to return it to a commercial store. This left us confused because we had done this process before with little to no issues with this location which is why we had returned. They had instructed us to go to the Chicago Ridge, Hodgkins, or Bridgeview locations to return it. I had asked management to call other stores so that we could be sure that they would receive the core. Upon calling 3 different locations, they had all told them that they also could not receive the core for reasons that are unknown to us. Management at the Hickory Hills location then proceeded to tell us that they could not receive it due to "lack of space" but that we could bring it at 6pm the next day (7/10) and they would be able to receive it then but that we could not drop it off with them the same day we had gone. This process felt very unprofessional to us and we believe that this is bad customer service on their end. Management kept mentioning amongst themselves that they "had visitors coming" the next day throughout interaction with us which led us to believe this was an act of negligence and not due to them truly not being able to provide this service to us. Will not be returning to this location due to this.

  I’ve been coming to this location off & on for almost 16 years, and out of ALL the managers that have come & gone…JESSICA is the VERY BEST of them all!! Her customer service is beyond excellent! She helped my husband & I with my battery, which needed charging since the alternator drained my new battery that was bought at another location. She did this even in the middle of trying to get her store up & running after a power outage from the recent storms. Then, a couple of days later, she helped me again to get my core charge back. PHENOMENAL SERVICE! Thank you!!

  I ordered on the mobile app for pick up. The AutoZone app instructed me to show an associate my barcode to pick up the order, I showed the lady working there and she very rudely said I act like she is supposed to know what that is. So I walked to the next guy showed him and he scanned it. She was very disrespectful.
