  I had a great experience renting a car! Mike provided excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout the process. I especially appreciated the flexible insurance options he offered, which made everything much easier and more convenient. Thank you, Mike, for your professionalism and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

  Believe the guy’s name was mike, he had glasses. The guy was amazing! He was extremely accommodating got me in and out fast when I was there with my kids. Helped me out every step of the way. Great experience and will pick this enterprise location solely because of this guy. 5 star service!

  I have been a very disappointed. I always thought Enterprise is the best until I rented from them and found out they are the worst rental car company. My rental experience started out fine, but after returning the vehicle, Enterprise charged me $77 for a toll that was actually about $4.00. They charged $10 for a toll which was only 45 cents. Despite following their instructions for registering the car with Ipass, I was still charged more than 20 times the actual toll amount and i also paid the amount separately to tollways. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. I spent countless hours calling and emailing to try to resolve the issue. The phone numbers I was given were extremely difficult to reach, and I experienced long wait times with no help. My emails did not lead to a fair resolution either. Customers should not have to fight to correct charges that could have been avoided by proper communication and fair billing practices. Based on my experience, Enterprise's toll processing and customer service need significant improvement. I hope they review these practices so future customers do not have to go through the same frustrating experience. So just DONT RENT at Enterprise or you will be disappointed at the end.

  It's impossible to get someone on the phone at this branch. Three different times I tried calling during business hours. Was left on hold for 15 minutes until I was disconnected. All because I needed to relay a message from another location. So now I have to go in physically just to relay a message from ANOTHER ENTERPRISE. If you guys aren't gonna talk to each other, you could at least answer the phone
