- LMLucky Man5 days ago1.0Arrived at the Pilot. I signed up for a shower at 9:00 PM; there were 46 people ahead of me. I didn't end up getting a shower until 1:00 AM—Pilot is the slowest operation around. The staff move like snails.

- JHJosh HamptonSep 30, 20261.0Used to be 4 stars now down to 1 would be zero if I could, they took away the good bobtail parking spots so now we are lumped up together in the main parking lot, Any damage to my truck will be pilot flying j responsibility because they purposely put my equipment at risk by removing the prime reservation spots for bobtails, also I dare the owner to comment since they prefer to only react to positive reviews. Do you care we will see
- KLKate LehrSep 25, 20265.0I made an screenshot edit of free and paid and one I have as questionable because the ground doesn't actually show for reserved and some spots are reserved for pilot trucks. Those are clearly marked when you get here. They do allow parking on the side just be mindful of anyone trying to leave or get around. I was told that by a worker here. Hope this helps for anyone coming here! The free fills up real quick. Was full by 5pm today. Be safe everyone.

I don’t support greedy, scummy business practices. Another perfect reason why loves will always be everyone first choice when it comes to truck stops
