Place is a complete waste of space. Keven is fake from jump! Double charged my bank account over drafting my account over 300$ to which locked my bank account for multiple days. Took 6 days for the first main charge to be completed. Keven won’t give answers putts you on hold transfers the call or simply just won’t answer the phone.. Won’t cover the overdraft charges or even attempt to make things right by totally screwing me over and wasting so many hours of my time

I would give zero stars if it would let me. I made a reservation for a truck today - it's my kid's move in day for college - I show up to pick the truck up and they tell me they don't have any trucks. I look out back and there's a truck sitting there. The guy tells me someone else has it reserved. He tries to rent me a van, and I tell him I'm moving my kid into her dorm and her stuff won't fit in the van he's trying to rent me, so here I am now, trying to call everyone I know that may have a truck that I can use bc she HAS to check into her dorm at her scheduled time or she can't move in. And a 2 1/2 hour daily commute to college isn't an option. Thanks a lot enterprise - worst company possible. NEVER AGAIN will I even attempt to rent from these people. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either, if you have anything important you're renting a vehicle for.

Rented a car while my truck was being repaired. The rental itself lasted well over a month, during which, the staff was helpful, courteous, and kept the experience a convenience, rather than a hassle of any kind. I’d recommend Enterprise in Geanite City, Il. to anyone.
