- JWJoseph Weinberger4 days ago1.0I would give zero stars if it would let me. I made a reservation for a truck today - it's my kid's move in day for college - I show up to pick the truck up and they tell me they don't have any trucks. I look out back and there's a truck sitting there. The guy tells me someone else has it reserved. He tries to rent me a van, and I tell him I'm moving my kid into her dorm and her stuff won't fit in the van he's trying to rent me, so here I am now, trying to call everyone I know that may have a truck that I can use bc she HAS to check into her dorm at her scheduled time or she can't move in. And a 2 1/2 hour daily commute to college isn't an option. Thanks a lot enterprise - worst company possible. NEVER AGAIN will I even attempt to rent from these people. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either, if you have anything important you're renting a vehicle for.
