I went in to have AC looked at and they said it was low on Freon and a recharge was needed, ok no biggie then they came back and told me my compressor was broke. Hmmm ok, then came back and got me for a water pump leak and proceeded to give me an astronomical price of $2400. Umm well seeings that I don’t have that kinda off money in my pocket I pondered on this mess. Called another shop and got a much lower quote, still pondering I began questioning water pump leak? Where is the water at, leaking from where? Why was I not getting an engine light or temperature light, no signs of overheating absolutely nothing. The only leak I am aware of is a small oil leak and I was told that when I took my car to the dealership for an oil change. Everything else checked out at the dealership, not saying things can’t pop up unexpectedly but this is far off. And to top it off the compressor won’t even start if there is no Freon in my car. How did you check something without taking any steps to do so? I would have understood if you took the appropriate steps to solve a problem and then presented factual findings that I can respect but what transpired that day was absolutely wrong on so many levels. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN! Beware and get factual information before coming out of pocket, second opinion even a third of deemed necessary. You absolutely seen a female in distress behind trying to maintain her car and you attempted to take advantage of that. Disgusting behavior to say the least. Nice try tho..
