  Not your “normal” rental experience! The team at the Glenwood Illinois location was highly responsive and totally saved the day! Our car got totaled ar the same time that our area had a big storm. There were no rental cars within an hour of our home. At the last hour the Enterprise team came through and saved the day!! They were highly responsive, actually answered the phone, and took really good care of us!!

  I had a great experience. Trenton was very nice and professional. I never had to guess. He answered all my questions thoroughly and worked with me. I would definitely use Enterprise again.

  Eli did a really great job above and beyond in assisting me so that I was very pleased and satisfied . He even took the time and connected my phone to the rental car. Thank you very much Eli!

  I've been an Enterprise customer for years. I'm not fussy and am easy going, however these past 2 rentals at this location have been disasters. First, I reserved an SUV a week in advance, then the day before p/u I got a call saying it was unavailable. I end up with a car instead....Second, I got a call the same day I was to p/u. They didnt have the mini-van that I reserved at least 2 mos out...offered me a 15 van passenger bus!!! at the same price...Asked if south Holland had minivans, I'd go to that location was told they don't have them.....I finally went in person and again offered 15 passenger bus. I asked about S. Holland again and this time they had a few available! imagine that! It was pouring rain and getting wet going from location to location. Spoke to customer service, Area Mgr was supposed to call me...never did. Completed the survey and ask for a call....never happened. Horrible place. I don't know what happened, it use to be an excellent location to rent from but not anymore...go somewhere else. I'm going to try to reach corporate office...if nothing, I'll be leaving Enterprise for good and making sure to tell everyone don't do business with them....
