Keith is Excellent – But Recent Dealership Experience Was FrustratingI’ve purchased two Lexus vehicles from Fields Lexus Glenview, both times working with Keith. He’s a great sales guy — knowledgeable, straightforward, and a pleasure to work with, which is why I specifically returned to the dealership. Unfortunately, Keith wasn’t there during my most recent visit. The experience with the rest of the team fell short. I checked online and saw they had inventory, but once I arrived, they said they had very limited options for the models and configurations I wanted, and there was almost no willingness to negotiate. Responses were consistently “not available” or firm pricing with no flexibility. We’re long past COVID supply issues, yet it still feels like the dealership is playing games to avoid making a real deal. As a repeat customer who has spent a significant amount of money here, I expected better. I’d gladly work with Keith again, but the current sales approach and lack of inventory make it hard to recommend Fields Lexus Glenview right now. Hoping they improve availability and come back with more customer-focused negotiation soon.
Keith is a phenomenal partner when you are looking for a vehicle. I was skeptical of the process because it was so simple and easy and earnest and honest. The opposite of EVERY other dealership I have purchased from where there was always some weird comment. He is what I expect of a Lexus person, honest and hard working and communicative and welcoming. Absolutely perfect experience. He has all our family business.
I have been to dealerships where they forget the long term life time value of a customer and try to optimize one deal. Keith's communication was far far far far above any other - he communicated clearly, responded fast, and was 100% to his word.
Also Blanca A was outstanding, no last minute weird pressure tactics , just a clear and simple explanation of options and features available.
The facility is probably the epitome of a Lexus Dealership , clean , well designed, everyone was welcoming. The food and amenities make it easy to work from and probably the best of any dealership I have visited.
Worst car service ever.
My wife went to do 5k maintenance on 5/11/2026.
1. Service advisor promised that maintenance would be done within 1 hr but it actually took 3 hrs. The person kept lying that “service would be done in few mins”
2. Service rep incorrectly assumed the car was from a rental agency.
3. After maintenance, the car was sent to car wash and the car got “lost” and advisor spent 1hr finding the car and finishing the wash. Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash.
4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer.
Absolutely chaotic management and gross service. Will complain via survey as well as Engagement Center about this place. Will NOT return after 10k maintenance

Let me start by saying that Lexus makes an excellent vehicle. I live in Oregon and have owned three Lexus vehicles over the past 25 years.
Recently, I purchased a 2025 RX 350 with 6,000 miles from Fields Lexus Glenview and had it transported to me. When the vehicle arrived, it immediately displayed a tire sensor malfunction warning. I took it to my local Lexus dealership, where I was informed that the tire pressure sensors were not programmed to the vehicle and that the wheels and tires had been swapped out.
I was then surprised to learn that my “2025” vehicle was equipped with 2023 tires!
When I contacted Fields Lexus Glenview to ask why the vehicle had older tires and the wrong sensors, I was told the issue was the transport carrier’s fault. I subsequently filed a formal complaint with Lexus corporate, which resulted in Lexus opening a case against the dealership. The Lexus case manager also appeared skeptical of the dealership’s explanation and ultimately offered me $1,000 toward replacement tires.
This was, without question, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. Buyers should be cautious and thoroughly inspect any vehicle purchased from Fields Lexus Glenview.
Had a great sales experience buying my new RX 450h+ that’s still a very hot vehicle to get. They stated their discount online that was still better than other Lexus Dealers were willing to match w/o more negotiation. I have to give a shout out to Blanca in Finance. No up sale pressure at the end after the sale. She even allowed me to redo my loan twice in the same day:)! (After deciding not to go with one option, then deciding to add a different option to my loan),
