  This is a review of the Fields dealership. Not Jeep. The folks here are great. especially having to sell and service engineering messes like my Jeep 4Xe. The dealership is not responsible for my "China Syndrome" Hybrid optioned Sand dunes-in-the-engine block Wrangler. They are responsible for helping me with warranty work options and explaining what the issues and processes are. I'm not the only clown driving around one of these ticking time bomb 4Xes. Because of this, I will get another car from them. Might be over at another Flavor Brand of Fields dealership since I'm 99.99995 positive this is the last Jeep I will own.

  Didn’t close oil filter on first trip for an oil change. Was charged $100+ for the change… just for the entire tank to be spilt on my drive way. They came with a tow truck and cleaning team. Stains are still visible but car is now fine a day later. Just some stuff that shouldn’t happen for such a minor job. Especially one of the most common. Just people over there need to pay closer attention to their work. That simple.

  We needed a wheel alignment last Saturday after getting new tires at Costco. Costco doesn’t do wheel alignment’s but recommended Fields. We were very pleased that we were able to get in right after the tires were installed. They also washed our car & gave us a Costco 15% discount. The process was fast & efficient Thank you Fields Chrysler.

  If you're lucky enough to get Joe B. as your sales rep then you are guaranteed to have a smooth, carefree and pleasant car buying experience. Joe is the definition of a professional. He is welcoming and genuine and attentive and he expertly answered all of my questions and treated all of my concerns with thoughtfulness and respect. And if an unexpected hiccup occurs during the process you can be sure that Joe will solve it, and with integrity and kindness. I am so grateful to have worked with Joe and I absolutely love my Jeep Compass Trailhawk! Thank you, Fields and thank you, Joe!   I had a great experience working with Joe Bacus at Fields Jeep. Joe was proactive, staying one step ahead throughout the process and making sure everything moved forward smoothly. He was highly responsive, quick to answer questions and provide updates, and consistently professional in every interaction. The entire experience was seamless and efficient. Joe followed through on every detail and made the experience feel straightforward and easy. If you're in the market for a Jeep, I would absolutely recommend working with Joe.
