  I cannot say enough good things about Dave F at Glenview Ford. We brought in our 2021 Ford Mustang to address a few issues, and Dave went above and beyond to get everything resolved. He worked tirelessly on our behalf to ensure the repairs were covered under our extended service plan, which kept our out-of-pocket costs minimal. What truly set Dave apart, though, was his incredible communication. Dave kept us informed every single step of the way so we were never left guessing. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism, dedication, and service. Dave has earned our complete trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him for any future car-related needs. Highly recommended!

  Out of the 20+ car dealers I've worked with over the years, Bredemann Ford is #1. Here are the reasons: 1. My sales consultant, Steve Roth was excellent - professional, laid back but always responsive, no pressure, easy to work with and reach a fair deal. 2. There was no excess pressure of additional packages, pricing, or extras. The team just helped me get what I was looking for. 3. There was no waiting or dallying for the sales consultant to talk to the "managerial staff" - minutes at most. 4. Nothing fancy, just a friendly, easy to access facility - exactly what you need to buy a car. Finally, after we reached an agreement, I brought one of my sisters by to see the type of car I was buying (Maverick) - Steve Roth let me drive another Maverick so that I could show her what my car would be like. This was really special - my sister and I had a great time! In shopping for this Maverick, I visited or called 4 or 5 other dealers in the area - Bredemann exceeded them all.

  Dropped my truck off for a scheduled service appointment, not a walk in, and it sat for nearly 5 days without being looked at. Was told it could take a day or two to get in and a day, maybe 2 to get diagnosed. Despite the expectation of a multi day service, wasn't offered a loaner, had to call a few times to get a hold of the service writer to get an update. If you need warrantied work to get done, don't leave it here, you'll be lowest priority despite an appointment.

  I worked with Steve to look at a few cars and he was very nice. The problem was when the manager became involve in the process. I was very upfront with Steve when we got to prices that I was on a budget and that my offers would be low to very low. He assured me it was fine and asked me for my offers anyway. He took my offers to his manager who seemed upset by them. At one point I could hear him from across the Showroom saying, “he needs a 30 thousand dollar car.” I really didn’t appreciate having my business so audibly shared like that. And even after that, instead of coming to talk to me about pricing or trying to negotiate, he went over to another family at the dealership to talk to them. Before I left, a different manager came over and he was nice, but I was already at the point that I was ready to leave. After that experience, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

  Steve Roth, Sales Consultant AND John Messner, Sales Manager were wonderful to work with. I contacted the dealership over a year ago with interest in a Bronco but ultimately realized it was not the right time for me. No haggling, no stress, they understood. I came in a year later ready to find my Bronco. I had specific safety features I wanted, and Steve listened and had exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership as they are approachable, efficient and easy to work with. After I found my Bronco, I came back the next day and was in and out in 45 minutes. Thank you! I will be back.
