  Jennifer Pascoe, service advisor, did an outstanding job getting the new transmission installed quickly and kept me up to date on every phase of the work from ordering the transmission, to delivery and a quick install. Great work!!!

  Thank you Mark Bowling and the entire Jerry Haggerty team. My car sustained extensive damage due to rodents! They helped coordinate with the insurance company and kept us posted along the way. We could not be happier with the final result!

  I wouldn't trust these guys if I were you. Never at any point got around to digitally providing the results of my multipoint inspection, the invoice had very little detail, they gave me a harsh prognosis when it didn't seem to line up with 2 other mechanics on this secondary opinion, they immediately moved to push for buying a new car, they said they tried to call me 6 times, when I only found 1 call record and 2 messages left, and they couldn't find the source of an oil leak on a relatives crossover SUV. But, they aren't Ray Dennison Chevy, who kept missing oil changes that were requested on this vehicle (07 Monte Carlo SS), which goes through oil faster leaving you to top it off regularly yourself. This other shop missed a ruptured exhaust on an Impala during Covid, where someone may have tried to steal a catalytic converter.
