  Disappointed with my experience. I made a reservation well in advance for a compact car, but when I arrived all they had was a 15 passenger van. They claimed they got really busy that day. Well, if someone has a reservation, shouldn't a car be held for them? Apparently at Enterprise a reservation is meaningless. I've been a loyal Enterprise customer, but no more if this is how it works.

  Set up a reservation through Expedia reservation was confirmed get to location they have no vehicles says they tried to contact me but had not email or phone number but remember reservation complete okay ask for verification of no vehicle so I wouldn’t be charged the man stood at the computer asked for my email again proceeds to type email says sent I check both inbox and spam nothing my issue is if you’re out sourcing your business make sure you are updating inventory because I had to pay for an Uber to and from and lost of my time, that’s all

  Bella helped us out with getting our rental. She literally got us in our car in minutes and was more than accommodating and kind. We would and will rent from this location again. Thank you!

  We had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. When my daughter returned the rental vehicle, an employee inspected it and checked it in with no issues. Then, about 45 minutes later, we received a voicemail claiming there was damage to the vehicle and they were going to change the status of the condition report. I immediately called backing asking for proof of the alleged damage. I called three separate times speaking to Benji requesting photos or documentation, and each time I was told someone would call me back. I never received a single return call or any evidence of the damage. Two weeks later, instead of receiving the proof I had repeatedly requested, I received a letter from Enterprise's claims department. I understand that damage claims sometimes happen, but the lack of communication and failure to provide the evidence I requested was extremely frustrating. If you're going to accuse a customer of damaging a vehicle, you should be able to provide timely documentation and follow through on your promises to return their calls.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise, thanks to Drew Licar. He truly went out of his way to make things right and made sure I left satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and his professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. Because of the way he handled everything, I would definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you, Drew, for turning the experience around and going the extra mile!
