    This locations employees are untrained and very unprofessional,my reservation was made Friday 9am for a vehicle’s pick up on 10am Saturday morning and with the return on Sunday 10pm,this location was chosen because of after hours drop on Sunday,they had 24 to accommodate the request,but instead they called on Saturday morning and informed me that they are deeply sorry but unfortunately they will not have a vehicle for me because they were overbooked,seriously,you were given 24 hours to accommodate,but all you have to say is sorry we are overbooked,? They were given 24 hours,where were they on Friday? They most likely see the demand go up and sell previously reserved vehicles to higher price paying customers,that would be the only reasonable expectation,because this not the first time it happened with this location,very unprofessional people,negative 5 stars
