- JCJayanth Chandra5 days ago1.0Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Valvoline 😡🤬 I went in for a simple oil change, and because of their negligence, my transmission fluid leaked out completely right after I left the shop. My car literally stopped in the middle of the road. Unbelievable incompetence. After getting the car inspected, it became clear that the transmission plug had either been pulled or improperly handled during the service. When I confronted them about it, they REFUSED to take responsibility for THEIR mistake 😤 I asked to see the repair/service footage, and they refused to provide it, claiming they “reviewed it internally” Very suspicious behavior. Because of their carelessness, I had to tow my car pay mechanic bills out of my own pocket and deal with all the stress and inconvenience myself. No accountability. No honesty. No customer care. A simple oil change turned into a nightmare because of their negligence 🤬👎 Stay far away from this place unless you want your car damaged and your wallet emptied 💀

Not expensive however not the point. They should be able to replace tire caps. What else are they "forggetting" to replace
