- ELEfren LopezAug 26, 20261.0My go to spot for oil changes but the one time I go back to ask to check why my truck is leaking oil right after I went for an oil change THERE, they tell me it’s normal it’s gasket wear. Cool. I check the next morning and the oil filter was still able to turn with my bare hand ???? Was it too much to ask to check if everything was tight and done right ??? Crazy times smh
- SRSteven RayAug 24, 20261.0Two times in a row Ive been and two times in a row they have misaligned my air filter that does not need replaced or adjustment, causing my engine to run incredibly poorly. Their techs needs to either understand not to touch things they dont understand or be better trained on setting equipment.
- ETEdgar ThomasAug 13, 20262.0I sent my 16 year old daughter to the Valvoline in Glen Carbon, Il. to get her oil changed in a 2022 Jeep Renegade. About 2 weeks later I noticed a large oil stain in our carport. I looked outside and there were 2 large stains on the road in front of our home. My wife has a 2016 Challenger, and I thought it might be from her car since it's older, but to be safe I checked both cars. Oil was dripping from my daughters new oil filter. I sent her back to Valvoline. They admitted that the filter was incorrectly installed and not tightened properly. They changed out the filter and topped off her oil, but there was no apology, no coupon, no free oil change. The day she went for the initial oil change it was hot, and they were busy. I have sympathy for the workers in this heat, but it's inexcusable. Had she been away at college she would have blown her engine. It was a good lesson for her and for me. Valvoline do better!

I just wanted oil, not a full-body MRI for my car! Two stars because they did eventually change the oil. If I wanted to spend an hour declining random offers, I’d just answer those extended car warranty spam calls
