  6 months ago I rented a car from this location and the customer service was spectacular. They must have new leadership. Rented a truck but they didnt have any so they were supposed to call when one came in .....never called. A week later I called to see if there was a truck, the gentlemen said there were a couple that should be in later and he would give me a call .....never called. Not sure why it is so hard to rent a truck.

  JD is SO helpful. He genuinely has so much patience and you can tell genuinely wants to keep the customers happy. I recommend going out of your way to ask for him! Very impressed 🫡

  Great place full of nice people and cars to rent. Best thing is if you're stranded around town James went to pick you up. A guy with a million great stories, what a beautiful person to talk to..!

  We had some questions while on the road. I was able to reach out to Enterprise with a text. They sent me a text early on in our trip, so finding a way to reach them with our questions was very easy. They responded to my text promptly. Our issues and concerns were addressed and resolved within thirty minutes. While pulling into the lot to return the car, I received an emergency phone call from my son. My husband had to leave immediately to go meet the ambulance at the hospital. I was a mess and in shock. JD was so kind and took care of the rental car and was able to find a ride home for me immediately. I've truly never felt so cared for by strangers in a public place of business. Thank you, Enterprise for providing such a fantastic resource with employees who truly care about their customers. We will definitely be back on a regular basis. No better place to rent a car. We are beyond impressed with Enterprise Rent A Car in Glen Carbon, Illinois. 5 Star business!
