  Me and my family went on vacation to PA and we rented a jeep grand Cherokee, we were supposed to go and see the Statue of Liberty but the jeep which later on started have maintenance issues which caused it to brake down on the side of the highway. I called enterprise in Glen Carbon where we originally rented the vehicle from. And Mike gave me the number to roadside. And the lady was very helpful and they kept us informed of when the triple A would arrive , The wait was a little long, but they came and picked my husband and I up, and got us to enterprise in PA, the transition into a different vehicle went pretty smooth, only thing it was a little smaller than what we rented, but it got us back home safely and sound. I went to return my vehicle JD and Mike took great care of me and compensated me for missing part of my trip due to maintenance issues with the Jeep. I and very pleased with how this situation was handled and I will continue to rent vehicles through this enterprise as long as Mike and JD stays at this location.

  The experience initially encountered a minor issue with the rental SUV, which was not the fault of Enterprise. However, the manager effectively resolved the situation, enhancing our family’s trip. As a young mother with teenagers, a minivan is not always considered “cool,” but the accommodating manager assured me that I and my sons would appreciate it, and he was correct. Standing six feet tall and traveling, we required the space, and the van was ideal. I look forward to conducting business with Enterprise again soon. The front desk and checkout staff were also exceptional.

  I bought a car from here a few months back, and I’ll never forget the customer service I received while looking for the right car. I was searching for a Prius and was matched with a sales representative named Myy who helped me find one right away. She handled everything for me, along with the rest of the staff who helped throughout the process. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and they made buying my car an amazing experience. If it wasn’t for Myy, I wouldn’t have the car I’m so blessed to have today. Thank you to the entire team at Enterprise for making the experience such a great one!

  This location needs to be bigger or staffed better to handle large number of customers. Also to speed up the process , why isn’t it advertised that you need utility bills, cards ect before even going up there . Great and nice people but lots of confusion for not only me but a few other people there in line waiting.

  Staff was very friendly and eager to please. They were very patient and bent over backwards to help make sure my elderly father was happy and comfortable with the car he rented while his own was being repaired. Would go there again!
