- GCGlenn CurlOct 4, 20265.0Haven't done a review on Google in awhile but this location has an AMAZING second shift supervisor named ZOIE that was super delightful and pleasant, she made my concerns about the lack of a restaurant in the Travel center relieved in that there was ample choices within walking distance. Also the restaurant she recommended was awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍 Can't wait for the remodel to increase the appeal of the Travel Center!! Side note, Pilot please fix washing machines!!!
- MWMike WolskiOct 1, 20265.0If you are traveling US Route 24 later in the evening, this is a great location right off I-57 to make a stop. The grounds and the store are huge!

- JFJessica FordSep 19, 20265.0I had such a great experience at this Pilot yesterday and had to leave a review. The whole crew was incredibly kind, especially the manager, Ms. Peggy. She was so sweet and welcoming that it genuinely made my day. Kathy and Zoe were also super helpful and just as warm. Honestly the whole team gave off this southern hospitality vibe, so much so that I actually asked them if I was in the south right now because it felt like home. It's rare to walk into a place and feel that kind of genuine kindness from an entire crew, not just one person. They didn't ask me to write this, I just felt like they deserved it. If you're passing through, this is the kind of crew that makes a stop actually pleasant. Thank you Peggy, Kathy, and Zoe for the hospitality!
- DVDean VanDruffSep 18, 20261.0Contactless tap-to-pay credit card feature does not work after try try try. Screen says I have to insert my card, then tells me to remove and insert again, and then not to remove, etc, etc etc. After all this rigmarole, the screen finally says to see cashier. I figure this pump is defective, and move my car to another. SAME EXACT THING. Wife goes in to stand in a long line to prepay, but for how much? For all this wasted time, I end up only 3/4 full on a long road trip. It seems that all of this is just a cheap trick to GET CUSTOMERS TO COME INTO THE STORE to buy something If you just want to fill up, Pilot is not the place to stop The time wasting rejection games at the gas pumps are just bait to get you in the door.
