  My car broke down and I wasn't able to stay with it. Mike was wonderful and kept me in the loop as to when he got there and when he dropped off!!!

  I rated Schock’s towing 5 stars because the communication was good, I spoke to someone in the office and they gave me an accurate eta, the driver called and asked where I was and gave me his eta, relatively short wait time and they got us on our way.

  Cuando pedí el servisio me dijo el despachador que sería 170 dolares mas 4 dolares por miya la mobio 7 miyas serian 200 $ dolares i al final terminaron cobrándome 325 $ creo que no es justo

  Tilford's was quick to respond and pick vehicle up. Driver was super nice and caring and gave a ride home. Very knowledgeable and kind. When things go wrong, they were super helpful to ease the burden in those moments. Highly recommend !!

  I can’t recommend Schocks Towing enough. I was out cruising with friends when my car unexpectedly broke down, and what started as a stressful situation quickly turned into a great experience thanks to their team. Before calling Schocks, I had contacted another towing company that told me multiple times they were on the way—but after nearly five hours and three follow-ups, they still hadn’t shown up. Frustrated, I decided to call Shocks, and that’s when everything changed. Javier arrived within 45 minutes—fast, professional, and ready to help. My car is heavily modified and sits extremely low, which makes towing a challenge, but Javier handled it with real skill and care. He even went the extra mile by calling his manager, Eric, who was off at the time, to come assist. Together, they made sure my car was loaded safely without a single scrape or issue. Ironically, the original towing company finally showed up just as Javier and Eric were finishing up—almost five hours after I first called them. That alone says everything. Javier and Eric were not only highly skilled, but also genuinely friendly, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. They turned a frustrating breakdown into a smooth, stress-free experience. If you need reliable towing or roadside assistance, Schocks is the only call you should make. 100/10 service from start to finish. I truly can’t thank them enough and will absolutely be using them again if needed.
