All seemed pretty good until I found the puddles of hydraulic oil left in my driveway and street for me and my neighbors to drive/walk though! I had to go to farm and Fleet for a bag of oil dry! I did like the driver but, I seriously questioned whether he should have been driving at all after the story he told about having a concussion from an accident where he was struck by his mirror a few days earlier and seemingly blanked out while I was speaking with him. I am worried about my truck at this point.

Kerry was outstanding. I was stranded on the side of the interstate. He was in constant contact and was genuinely interested in my safety and comfort while i was waiting for his arrival. He was quick with the hook up and was professional with the unloading. He offered to help if I needed to be dropped off any place special oitside of the drop off location and wanted me to ensure I had pick up arranged. Great quick service and professional.

From start to finish great friendly customer service and fast as well. I want to especially give kudos to my tow truck driver, Chris. I hope his boss/company appreciates him! He was one of the most kind, honest, and just genuine types of dudes I’ve met in a long time. It seems more and more people like him, are harder to come by so thank you for your help and especially reminding me that some good ones still exist out there, Chris. I wish I could do more than just write this review to thank you but life as I said has been kicking my butt preventing me from doing more at the moment. Regardless, I know you made my tears fall a little less today and I hope you eventually got some pizza and sleep!
