  I would like to thank Galesburg Ford dealership for the best customer service we experienced while purchasing our vehicle. They are courteous,professional and hands down make you feel welcome. This team makes you feel like you are part of their family. Thank you to Curt the General Manager,Dion the Sales Manager,George in sales,Dustin Fleet Manager and the young lad that helped Dion navigate the computer(Dion was learning the new system) you were all fabulous. I would highly recommend this dealership to all. Thank you for the fantastic team work you all showed to make our experience a positive one. Woot woo to Galesburg Ford Dealership!!!!

  Scheduled appointment for trans flush and after couple hours received the phone call. Couldn’t perform flush due to incorrect connection(wrong connector)to my transmission(2020). Since Aug 25th no phone call,no follow up no update whatsoever. Very disappointed in my recent visit.

  I had been in text conversation with Scott for 4 days. Appointments were made and rescheduled as we were coming from out of town. Even the Sales Manager contacted me to make sure I was being helped to my satisfaction. I was already super impressed with the dealership. Finally today we met up and Scott was right there to greet us. He showed us the car and I knew I wanted it if we could agree on pricing. They worked with me and I have my car and my checkbook is happy. What a great shopping experience! From the manager to the lady who took my check, they were also part of this experience. I would highly recommend Scott and this dealership if you are looking for a car or truck, go to Galesburg Ford.. Tell them, “ Julie sent you!”

  Scott Carlson did an absolutely fantastic job to day as we purchased our 2016 Ranger XLT. We had talked with him on the phone and made him aware of the issue we were having with a F150 we had purchased from Carvana. We discussed options we had to trade and what we were looking for. He met us at the door as we entered the dealership. Made us feel very welcomed and had the Ranger ready for us to test drive. We liked the truck instantly and decided to make us a deal. He introduced us to Ken who worked up all the financial details. He was also very professional and explained ou options for fiancing and extended warranty options. Both these men treated us like royalty on a Labor Day Saturday afternoon. I can’t say enough how professional and welcoming these two men were. I am 74 years old and a retired soldier and this by far was the best experience I have had buying a car or truck at a dealership. I highly recommend Scott Carlson if you are looking for a new Ford pickup.

  don't recommend at all they will just waste your time i drove almost 4 hours there to look at a truck that they said was good to go that it went through service and they fixed some stuff on it and everything was good got there and the truck needed tires it was a wiring mess then i started it up there was a check engine light traction control light low coolant message service trailer brake controller message water in fuel filters message and i mentioned all that to the salesman and he goes oh all that was taken care of it definitely was not then he goes you want to drive it around the parking lot? we don't have no diesel to put in it and oh it also needs calipers so if you want it we can get that fixed so they would not let me take it on the road to test drive even though it had plenty of diesel in it and i drove it around the lot there was absolutely nothing wrong with the calipers or brakes themselves they was just trying to hide more stuff so i wasted most of my day and a good amount of money for absolutely nothing and they pushed this truck on me so hard to in the beginning i know why now cause it's a pos little did they know is i work on all my gas and diesel vehicles and they tried to lie and take advantage of me because they thought i didn't know anything if you want to get screwed go there!!
