I have been going to Jiffy Lupe since 2018 when I bought my Rogue, always went to Cicero /Oakdale. Great service and team at this location. Now we moved to Schiller Park and been going to Jiffy on Mannheim Road! Not only did pervious owners not do my oil change correctly. Never reseted my life in my car. Called today and spoke to new manager and he explained is all different now, I went there in person spoke to two employees approach me and not once did the manager come out. I got two different excuses for manager! The ABM stated the price was $125 but can be more if car needs more oil! At this point Im like wow, they screwed up! Customer service needs a big improvement! They are always empty can understand why!
