  AMAZING spot! I drove by here once a few months back and stopped for an oil change. I normally go to another spot. I loved their efficiency and customer service so much that I just came back a second time. They do not disappoint. They are direct and not just trying to upsell you. They show you the issues and let you decide if you want to correct them with with their services. They check your car's health and stats, other than an oil change too. Definitely a new favorite spot. They earned a lifelong customer. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

  UPDATE: ITS BEEN WAY OVER THE 24 TO 48 HOURS. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. THEY PROBABLY THINK WE'LL JUST GO AWAY, WE'RE NOT. WE HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY AND THEY ARE INTERESTED. Well, three weeks later, being told someone in upper management will call to discuss our situation, in 24 to 48 hours. I was told this three times. No one has called. When I call they keep telling me someone will call. I have not gotten a call I am not going away. We took our BMW there for an oil change. Not the first time, we've taken it there a few times. Once the car was over the pit and the guy went down to the pit and my husband heard Isreal say "who ever changed this oil the last time really screwed it up, it looks like a temporary fix" my husband told him it was them. Long story short, they cross threaded the oil pan last time and had a hard time taking it off this time and had to leave twice to get a special tool at Harbor Freight. They got done, 3 hours later. Next morning there was a puddle of oil under the car. We took it back and after another 3 hours and the mechanic had made a couple of trips to Harbor Freight again, without letting my husband know what was going on They ended up tapping it with an over sized plug. We called BMW and told us it is unacceptable and only a temporary fix. We called Valvoline to do something and they feel they didn't do anything wrong. We didn't go to BMW to have the oil change because it's expensive and we have never had a problem at Valvoline. Both days waiting 3 hours at a time without anyone letting my husband know what was going on. Shabby service. And NEVER bothered to tell us what was going on. We have already contacted channel 7 eyewitness news. They seem interested in our story. We are looking for someone there who will take responsibility and do the right thing for us. It is so unacceptable for them to just brush us off. I'm also getting some people involved for a lawsuit
