  My experience this time was completely different from my first visit, and honestly, that’s disappointing because my first experience is what made me come back. The man who performed my oil change was very disrespectful, rude, and seemed visibly agitated throughout the entire interaction. I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions because of his attitude. My first visit was the complete opposite. The woman who helped me then took the time to explain everything to me. As a young woman taking care of my own car, that meant a lot. She made me feel educated, confident, and comfortable by answering my questions without making me feel like I should already know the answers. That level of customer service is what earned my trust and brought me back. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that same level of professionalism or respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because customer service can make all the difference in whether someone chooses to return.

  Had a really uncomfortable interaction with one of the employees as I arrived for an oil change. Instead of beginning as normal he stared at me through my windshield for well over 5 minutes without breaking eye contact even when I popped my hood and apologized for making him wait even though he didn’t instruct me to do so. He then lifted my hood slowly and continued to stare at me as he did it. The attendant gathering my information saw this occurring and nervously laughed and told the employee he was being weird. I looked up and told him that I was done and that I was uncomfortable at which point he continued to stare. After those long minutes he finally broke eye contact and laughed and told the attendant he liked to test out how long he could stare until people got uncomfortable. I told him he did a great job as I was very uncomfortable. He laughed and apologized but I surely won’t go back to this location due to this very weird/bizarre interaction.
