  I own a Tesla Model X and initially visited the business to have a tire repaired. During my visit, I specifically asked one of the employees if they service Teslas, and I was informed by a male employee that they “work on Teslas all the time.” After explaining the issue with my vehicle, which had already been diagnosed by Tesla, I requested to schedule an appointment to have the control arms repaired. A female employee reviewed the information in the system, provided me with pricing, and proceeded to schedule the appointment. During this process, the same male employee approached and questioned what she was scheduling. He then stated that he believed it was a different part and interrupted the appointment process, despite the fact that the female employee had already reviewed the details thoroughly in the computer system. His behavior came across as dismissive and unprofessional toward the female employee, especially since she appeared knowledgeable and capable of handling the appointment appropriately. The male employee ultimately refused to allow the appointment to be scheduled, stating that the mechanic first needed to inspect the vehicle. I later called back so the mechanic could review the issue, even though I had already received a diagnosis from Tesla regarding the repairs needed. At that point, I was then informed that they do not work on Teslas at all, which directly contradicted what I had originally been told. I found the entire experience frustrating, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I was given conflicting information regarding whether the business services Teslas, and the interaction between employees made the situation even more uncomfortable. Due to the confusion and lack of professionalism displayed, I felt it necessary to file a formal complaint.

  We got a flat tire on the interstate and they worked us in immediately. They were extremely nice and helpful. They didn’t charge use and got us back on the road so we didn’t miss our kids tournament. Highly recommend them. I wish there was a place like this where we live.

  NTB in Fairview heights Illinois is wonderful! I had a flat tired the day before yesterday and my insurance put my spare time on and NTB repaired my tire very fast like only 10 minutes and they put my spare time back under my truck then put the tire they repaired on . They didn’t charge me nothing by doing all these for me! I’m so happy ! Thanks NBT!

  We came into the shop to get our tires changed and Crystal was the one helping us and she was so kind and provided excellent customer service! When she heard we were going to go somewhere else to get our brakes changed due to finances and trying to get back home she step in and worked with us to get a cheaper price and was honest with us about what needed to be replaced. We are very satisfied and will be returning to illinois 😊 (even though we live in Sam Antonio Texas Thank you Crystal !!

  I cannot recommend this NTB location based on my recent experience. I had booked a 10:00 AM appointment online, but because my car battery was failing and I was lucky to get it started, I decided to arrive right when the store opened at 9:00 AM on Sunday to drop my vehicle off and run some errands while I was in Fairview Heights. Both the store's door sign and their website confirm a 9:00 AM opening time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the building was completely empty and locked. I wasn't the only one inconvenienced; there was a group of us waiting, including customers who actually had scheduled 9:00 AM appointments. When a business cannot adhere to its posted hours, it shows a complete disregard for its customers' time. I couldn't afford to keep my car running and wait around, so I called Firestone down the street. They got me in immediately and provided excellent service. I am incredibly disappointed in NTB's unreliability and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
