  I dealt with Mike in Fairview Heights. Super nice, awesome with communicating with me, returning my calls and answering any questions I had. He gave me a quote and a time frame. I dropped my car off right before they closed and it was done the next day before noon- a day earlier than what I was told it would be due to one of the repairs it needed. My car runs so much better. "Like a dream" 🤣🤣 10/10 recommend. I've never had a shop impress me before but this one did! 👌

  We were told it would take an hour and a half to get our tire replaced and it ended up taking three hours. We left for two hours and hadn’t gotten a call so we went back to check on it and they hadn’t even taken our car back yet. We were told another twenty minutes and it would be finished, but it took another hour. Very frustrated with the wait.

  I only talked to the two guys behind the customer counter. They were professional, and communicated everything with me well. I bought 4 tires and an alignment. This is a place of business I will return to.

  I had a tire rotation and later that evening all kinds of tire lights came on my dash board. They were closed so I will be going back there Monday
