  This shop was a life saver. Had a flat tire on 64 in the late afternoon. Showed up at around 5:30 pm . Tony was great . They got the tire fixed and spare put away. Could not have been more impressed with everything about this shop. Thank you again!!!!

  I had an appt for an oil change, after which I had another appt. The worker came out about after I’d been there about an hour. Asked if I wanted filters also. I said yes. After about 45 more minutes, I inquired about the status and at that point was informed they (the filters) had not arrived yet. If I had known they had to be ordered I would not have waited. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes for completion. Not pleased with the service because of this.

  Getting my vehicle repaired at Dobbs in Fairview heights was an eye opener, I had a 2018 Chevy which needed repairs... Whoever repaired my vehicle did NOT properly connect my reservoir hose to my water outlet.... My engine ended up overheating later on that evening because of the loss of coolant. Luckily, I was able to connect the hose properly so that my engine would not lock.....and I filled it with antifreeze!!!!!! Because of Dobbs neglect, I would have had to buy a whole new vehicle!!!! I will not return to Fairview heights location!!

  I always have a great experience with dobbs and the store manager Tony Shamoon, so much so that my business moves to whatever store Tony is in charge of. I live in st charles county MO and will drive to multiple south county STL stores or in this case Fairview Heights IL to bring my business to Tony's store.

  Took my work truck and to have the tires rotated in the oil change. Was supposed to drop it off earlier however I wasn't able to, nevertheless they were able to get my vehicle in and out quicker than what I expected they'd be able to. Y'all did great work and I greatly appreciate the turnaround to get my truck back to me! Thanks again for y'all's great service!
