  I arrived at 7:58 AM and waited for the store to open. The sign on the door clearly states that business hours begin at 8:00 AM. At exactly 8:00 AM, an employee named Max walked up to the door, pulled on the handle, and realized the store was still locked. Another employee, Jeremy, was also waiting outside. The manager, Darion, didn't arrive until approximately 8:06 AM. He unlocked the door, walked inside, and immediately went about business as usual without acknowledging or apologizing to the customers who had been waiting (four parked customer vehicles). I want to recognize Max for her professionalism. She thanked me for being patient and even complimented how calmly I handled the situation. Unfortunately, that level of customer service was not reflected by management. Opening a business six minutes late may not seem significant on its own, but failing to acknowledge the delay or offer a simple apology demonstrates poor customer service, a lack of leadership, and little respect for customers' time. A sincere apology would have gone a long way.

  This kind young lady helped me out so much tonight. She went the extra mile to test and clean my battery and then replacing it when realizing it was just bad. And then retested to make sure the alternator wasn’t bad too. Thank you for your great service.

  The two guys who work at this location are amazing. Jackie and his co-worker (sadly, I didn't get his name) went above and beyond to help us. They were both so kind, patient & helpful even after we came back a 3rd time, right before closing. They are the perfect example of what customer service should look like. I'm hoping the company knows how fortunate they are to have these two guys working for them and that they show them the appreciation & recognition they deserve.

  Worst autozone around. Tried calling twice, when they finally picked up the hung up on me mid call. Then when back on my order was completely gone with another person on phone. Went in to pick it up 20min later and again gone and had to wait 20min to get everything. And after getting back found out got the wrong parts too
