  St louis buyer working with Nate on a miata. This dealership will not be undersold by anyone in the nation. They are worth the drive. Nate has been fantastic to work with. A real asset to Mazda. Buying out of state takes alot of trust. It falls on the salesman to take videos and communicate . 5 stars to Nate and Autobarn Mazda

  5/5 - Smooth experience, love the new CX-50 Hybrid! Just picked up my new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid from Autobarn Evanston and couldn’t be happier. The car itself is exactly what I wanted: great gas mileage, solid AWD, and way more fun to drive than I expected from a hybrid SUV. Big shoutout to Dafeed on the sales team. He was patient, didn’t pressure me, and actually knew the CX-50 inside out. Answered all my questions about the hybrid system and financing without the usual runaround. Made the whole process easy from test drive to signing paperwork. Autobarn Evanston was professional and straightforward. No hidden fees, no upsell BS. Dropped the keys off quick and even walked me through the tech features before I left the lot. If you’re looking at a CX-50 Hybrid in the Evanston/Lincolnwood area, ask for Dafeed. Made buying a car feel way less painful.

  We had a really good overall purchase experience with Autobarn Mazda of Evanston (May, 2026 purchase). As out of state purchasers we were able to get the details quickly for the car we were interested in and received a fair price, vehicle in the condition as described, and our questions answered. We had a stellar, unbeatable rate from our credit union, but they got us a rate close enough to offset the negligible rate difference for the convenience of financing with Autobarn instead. Dafeed was a fair, honest, engaged sales professional. The only things keeping this from an outright 5 stars are detail issues of timing. It took us a few follow ups to get specific questions answered and documents in hand before we went there, important to ensure we were entirely on the same page. We’d hoped to arrive having all papers ready and streamlined so that we could minimize the purchase finalization when we arrived, but something must have been lost in translation, as it still took us a typical amount of time to finalize everything & get documents prepped vs. being fully ready to sign & drive upon arrival. I’d absolutely purchase from them again, would happily work with Dafeed, and recommend them to anyone. They’re a fantastic, fair, honest, friendly dealer with expertise. My 4 vs. 5 stars is not a lack of endorsement, but is an honest reflection, as I tend to give 5 stars for absolute perfection; where every other auto dealer I’ve worked with is a 2-3, 4 is a superior experience. With some process streamlining and ensuring thorough answers without necessitating follow up, Autobarn would be a 5 for sure. Great dealership!

  So I just bought a car , dealt with Eric Fragassi, who was awesome, he made the whole process really easy and pain free , I come from 3 hours away but he made sure most of the work was done so then I meet with Jonathan Danial, the finance manager, he made it so easy too, in and out quicklly. So now I'm home and realize I have a bubble in one of the tires and they said to get it fixed and then they'll reimburse me, even though I didn't get extra warranty, so if you are looking for a new vehicle and Mazda's have some of the most beautiful ones out right now see Eric he'll take care of you!
