- SWSmug Wimp3 days ago5.0I just needed a car to visit my cousin. Cheaper than Uber. Faster/easier than train. Used carplay for google maps and music. Seamless rental. Easy in, easy out. Very convenient.
- LRLuke RajlichAug 22, 20261.0Unsafe car, customer service not responsive. I rented a car from this location from Aug 11 until Aug 17. I had 2 safety & mechanical issues with the car. The people working at the place didn't notice either when I returned the car, nor did I get any response from customer service on these issues. Here were my issues: 1. Low tire pressure and leaking air in rear passenger tire. Shortly after I got the car, I saw a low tire pressure indicator and passenger rear tire showed 26 PSI. I inflated the tire to 36 PSI, but by the time I returned the car the tire was back to ~28 PSI and low tire pressure indicator came on. 2. Battery died / dying. Several days into my trip, the car started having difficulty starting. I was concerned that the battery might die and didn't want to potentially be stranded or wait hours for roadside assistance, so I bought a battery jump starter in case I needed to use it. The battery did in fact stop starting the car on my drive back home and I had to jump the car 3x. I asked for a reimbursement for the battery starter and frankly that's cheaper for Enterprise than if they had to send someone to jump the car. No answer. So, rent from here at your own risk. I had a Grey Nissan Rogue with Ohio plates, do not take that one if offered.
