  It was ok and all, The car works takes me back and forth it was due to a claim so they gave me a normal not to fancy car which I don't complaint about. It did its purpose, but when I needed to extend the lease they told me to just call to get it extended, but I've been calling since 8am this morning, it sends me to hold and eventually after traying the machines tells me I can't be connected and the call drops. Now I'm going to have to leave early to be able to make it to the branch before they close to extend the lease!..

  The staff was friendly and kind. I would definitely go back to enterprise for my next car rental

  The car was very bad. It made a sound every time I turned. It was in poor mechanical condition (suspension and brakes had noises) . I called the branch to let them know of the issue and I was on hold for an hr. I actually drove back while I was on hold and the two employees were there just not doing anything, and just kept putting my call on hold. Also, the place smelled like a weed dispensary. Someone had to be smoking weed when I went to pick up the car. Horrible experience, only at this location. This location is a joke.

  I just wanna say that David is awesome…. If I ever need to rent again I will go threw him only I love the way he was on top of my payments cause I will forget to call in lol I love the way he kept me in mind and always made sure I was good well taken care of up to date on everything he didn’t hassle me was very respectful and we had great communication I will be back here again!!!

  My experience here with Scott has been top notch! He did his very best with what he had on hand & made sure to let me know that I can reach out to him if I’m not satisfied with my rental, He took the time to make sure my phone was connected to the bluetooth. He listened well to my needs and he always lmk what to expect. I really reviewed my experience with him. Was treated like a valued customer! Thank you Scott!
