  Mid experience but whats there to say about having a standard, temporary car for 31 days after yours was in a hit and run? Three things to note regarding my experience... 1) I received a sedan when I owned an SUV. Not a complaint, but if you want something specific, ask to see the availability. 2)I was charged for (1) Day of rental use not covered by my insurance, yet recieved no notification about my allotted time being expired from Enterprise or Gieco. Didn't check my spam email but no courtesy call? 3)CSRs were nice and professional. Though the manger Scott S was no one to be seen. Interesting. Can't say Enterprise would be my next choice if given the option. My low-stake situation didn't require much but also it's just a rental shop...

  They are completely unprofessional. I booked a car here a week in advance, yet they didn't give me any notice—they didn't even call to let me know they didn't have the vehicle available. I wasted my time and walked away with a terrible experience.

  It was ok and all, The car works takes me back and forth it was due to a claim so they gave me a normal not to fancy car which I don't complaint about. It did its purpose, but when I needed to extend the lease they told me to just call to get it extended, but I've been calling since 8am this morning, it sends me to hold and eventually after traying the machines tells me I can't be connected and the call drops. Now I'm going to have to leave early to be able to make it to the branch before they close to extend the lease!..
