  Scott is the best. He always takes care of me amd my family everytume we rent. He goes above and beyond. Including his staff. They are keepers. We appreciate Scott and his team.

  I had such a great experience with David Porter Jr. at Enterprise Rent-A-Car! He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service. What meant the most to me was that he waited for me even though they were already closed. That level of kindness, patience, and dedication really speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. We the McDonalds appreciate you greatly!

  Scott is the pinnacle of customer service. Someone promote him. Update: My thoughts on the employee I mentioned are unchanged. He is a great customer service rep and does his job very well. But this update is pertaining to billing and the company itself as opposed to the associate. The day I picked up my vehicle, my rental agreement specified a certain pre-tax daily rate for the vehicle. Upon viewing the final invoice, there was a wide disparity between the agreement and what I was actually charged (pre-tax of course) I would advise to look at the agreement prior to taking the vehicle, double check if the price on the agreement is indeed the price you'll be charged after drop off, and with permission, record the interaction. I found it justifiable to knock off two stars, and If I receive a survey about the employee, I will give him the highest marks.

  08/28/26 I am beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service with enterprise citation department and now this office. A young man, not manager, answered my call and apologized for the lack of treatment I received from the citation department. He was nice enough to try to get me information and assured me he would call me back. He did call me back and mentioned his manager said “call the citation number” David, manager, answered the call and said “I can’t do nothing. You have to call and speak to them and said “I have a lobby full of people and proceeded to hang up the call.” I will report this to corporate. stay away from this location and company.
