  I recently worked with Jesus Martinez to schedule a tire replacement for my wife’s Lexus. Mr. Martinez was professional, friendly, kind, and took the time to give me several tire options to choose from. When the scheduled appointment date arrived, I sent my wife with her Lexus to have the tires replaced. My wife was very satisfied and impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the Just Tires team. She mentioned that the crew in the shop was smiling, laughing, and genuinely enjoying themselves while working. That is the kind of positive work environment we need in this world today! Thank you to the entire Just Tires team for doing such a great job. I truly appreciate your professionalism, excellent customer service, and hard work. Please keep up the great work! Alex

  Nicole was very helpful in discussing purchasing the alignment 3 year program. My car still needed some more work done after I had new brakes put on by a family member. Knowing very well that I needed new springs and tires that were not in the budget for now. She explained that when that work was done I would have to come back and get another alignment. So it was in my best interest to pay a one time fee that would cover any future alignments needed for the next three years. Thank you for the superb customer service. I also work in customer service and I to appreciate it when I have a good experience!!

  top notch work. replaced the entire front end on my fj over the summer to bare frame and needed an adjustment before emissions and my plates expired by months' end. They got me in and out in an hour forty. fantastic timing for having to revise not only the camber but toe. keep in mind I replaced everything to the front diff seal on my truck. if your outer tie rods or camber bolts are corroded or seized your time will be greatly increased for a wait.

  Tire service itself was good. Just a little careless at the end and I’m sure this was an accident, but they dented the edge of my door a bit. Of course they tried to tell me that was probably there before but I know it happened there, I’m not the type of person to make up stuff. Didn’t ask for anything, I just recommend more carefulness.

  After a random piece of metal in the middle of the road introduced itself to my passenger side front tire Sunday, followed immediately by alerts of lowering air pressure of same, I had no choice but to pull into Just Tires on Route 83. After overhearing Nicole assisting the woman in front of me, explaining clearly and patiently that she was not going to charge her any money because the woman would be able to obtain the service she needs for free at the dealership tomorrow, I knew I was about to deal with a wonderful human. Happy to say, Nicole lived up to my expectations! I had so many questions (being a newbie to a roadside assassination of my tire) and Nicole could not have been more patient and knowledgeable with me. It's the kind of experience that leaves me a life-long customer for any tire need I may ever have in the future. Bravo Just Tires and thank you for being amazing, Nicole!
