  Great experience with Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The rental car was clean, reliable, and ready when I arrived. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and customer service was excellent. Definitely appreciated the help during a stressful time with my car repairs.

  I rented a large van from Enterprise in Elmhurst, IL on Saturday morning to take a group of high school girls to a concert in the city. After cancelling our limo van, I arrived at the N Elmhurst Enterprise location only to learn from the store manager, Nick, that there actually wasn’t a van available despite the online reservation going through. Apparently the online booking system should never have allowed the reservation in the first place. At that point, since we had already canceled our limousine bus service, this could have completely ruined the day. Instead, Nick immediately jumped into action. He spent the next couple of hours working through Enterprise’s network to locate a van, and even sent an employee on a 90 minute journey to secure one for us. Because of his effort, professionalism, and determination, our group was still able to enjoy the day without additional stress, delays, or extra cost. Nick and the local Elmhurst team delivered exceptional customer service, and they absolutely deserve recognition. That said, Enterprise’s corporate technology and inventory management systems seriously need to be reconsidered. This is not the first time I’ve experienced issues where the booking system allowed reservations for vehicles that were not actually available. In today’s day and age, that’s simply unacceptable. Enterprise either needs major upgrades to its inventory platform or new technology partners altogether. The main reason I’ll remain a loyal customer after this experience is because of Nick and the Elmhurst team. They turned what could have been a disaster into a great experience.

  Book my reservation a month and a half in advance. Go to pick up my van and they say they don't have one for me although there are 3 vans sitting on the lot. Now I'm scrambling to get a van last minute to drive out of town for my daughter's college graduation. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Never again.

  Honestly, I’ve rented from this location a few times. Every experience is always a 10/10. Everyone in the office is pleasant, kind, and always provides service with a smile. I really appreciate Nick going above and beyond with each experience providing rentals and resolving any issues encountered. He's very kind and warm to talk to. He doesn’t just make the conversation about the rental, he makes wholesome conversation while you’re in the office. Kevin is great too! Again, very wholesome experience when renting with him. They don’t rush you and really work with you to make sure you have the best encounter possible. It’s always a plus to have such a friendly customer service encounter. Dee is very nice too! She assisted me over the phone with information that I was asking about that overall helped with my rental experience as well. There’s honestly nothing bad I can say about anyone at this office. Overall, great people and great experience. Thank you for making my rental experience a fantastic one!

  Nick and his team are top-notch! I had my own car issue and dropped off at the auto-body, required an open ended rental and they made it easier than I could have imagined. The car was clean, working great and I could not have been happier with it - including the price! I was picked up from the mechanic and they even allowed me to drop it off at the mechanics! Never going anywhere else - glad the mechanic set this up as well, kudos to them for working with such a phenomenal provider.
