- CCCarlosAug 25, 20261.0I booked the car rental online and it said that the pick up time would be 5:30, I get there and the branch is closed, Then I get On the phone with a representative and then they told me that I could go to the Glen Ellyn location and they would have one Available, I get here five minutes shy of the place closing, And there is no one inside the facility The times that are displayed on the doors are misleading As well as the open and closing times online and the time frames on the websites for pick up are totally off. I needed this for an event that I was looking forward to and this totally spoiled it for me. save yourself the hassle

I was working with Kole and he was a really pleasant person and worked with me for a couple of hours trying to find me a van after a different location failed to provide one (and I made the reservation months ago). He called multiple locations and was really considerate of the situation. Thanks to him our family vacation went well.

I also received great customer service when I called back with questions 2 days after returning the vehicle. This location also accepts after hours returns which was very convenient.
