  I had a remarkable experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I want to recognize Kevin, the manager, for delivering everything at its best. Kevin was professional, courteous, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mickey, whose kindness, efficiency, and excellent customer service made a big difference. Together, Kevin and Mickey made this one of the best rental experiences I’ve had, and I really appreciate their outstanding service. This company is lucky to have these two. Thank you!

  I highly recommend the Elmhurst Enterprise location! Every member of the staff was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I've rented from this location before and will continue to do so because they consistently provide outstanding customer service. The pickup and return process is quick and easy, and whenever I had a question or needed to extend my rental by an extra day, they were easy to reach and happy to help. Nothing ever seemed like an inconvenience to them. Enterprise in Elmhurst is my first choice for all of my rental car needs, and l wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free rental experience.

  Gave me a vehicle with previous unpaid tolls, did nothing to help so I had to pay for those tolls in order to attach the vehicle to my toll account, then they have the balls to charge me for unpaid tolls even though the car was attached to my toll account. Absolute BS and worst experience. Do no go to these crooks!!! NEVER AGAIN

  This was one of the best car rental experiences of my life. The Mitsubishi car they gave me originally did not work very good. So they gave me a great Nissan rogue the next day. The customer service and friendliness is great at this location!!

  My husband and I ONLY use Enterprise for our car rental needs. We always get great service with Enterprise. This location went above and beyond for us. We had a difficult situation and needed to extend our agreement. We even had to drop off at a different location then planned. This location helped us out so much and didn't dig in our pockets. I highly recommend renting a car from this location. Thank you for all your help!
