  Im writing this after having all four of my breaks done over a year ago. I went to another place to get my brakes done. They pulled me over to see that a ziptie was keeping parts together And the guide pins were seized in. I will now have to replace all parts. Disappointed because during the time of service everything was smooth and efficient.

  Tuffy has been Fantastic; Every time I have an issue with one of our vehicles, they are there to help, as a customer, it feels like they give you priority treatment and get your vehicle fixed promptly and back on the road. Thank you Tuffy!

  First time customer and Tom did a great job of explaining/showing what our vehicle needed. The wife is really happy and said the Jeep feels like it was new. Great service and we now have a place to have our vehicles taken care of!

  Troy was incredibly thorough in explaining what repairs my car needed and, just as importantly, why they were necessary. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided a fair, reasonable estimate. Even when unexpected issues came up during the repair, he honored his original estimate as much as possible and kept the additional costs very reasonable. Troy is highly professional and clearly takes great pride in his work. His honesty, integrity, and exceptional customer service are unmatched. It’s refreshing to find someone who is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely cares about treating customers fairly. I highly recommend Tuffy/Troy to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
