- PPPJApr 18, 20261.0Horrible service. Was a repeat customer but not anymore. Every other time I window was replaced the tech would remove any needed stickers and reapply to new one. Not this time; “I have to manny customer waiting” and “they only give us crappy plastic scrappers” I offered to grab a razor blade from garage and he couldn’t be bothered to wait five minutes. So now I have to wait a week after paying for two new garage access stickers (25 each) because satellite is sloppy and forgot customer service means more than the product. Safelite of Elgin, IL…. Avoid at all costs.
