  I went in for a flat tire due to a nail. They told me it was unfixable, and I would need to purchase a new tire. Ok fine. BUT, I told them that since I planned on purchasing a new set of 4 tires in the very near future (because my treads were getting low) I wanted the CHEAPEST tire they had for now to temporarily replace the one with the nail. They charged me $360!!! Said they had nothing cheaper. What a rip-off!!! And to top it off I waited two and a half hours for one tire to be installed. I will never go back to them. I'll take my business to Discount Tires or maybe even Costco to get my brand new set of Pirelli Scorpions.

  First time customer here! I want to share what great service we received on a Monday with no prior appointment! Glenn greeted us and handled our request for an oil change. We dropped off the vehicle and it was done before we could finish our pickleball game! He also gave us professional advice on when to rotate new tires! We appreciate the friendly service and the price was better than most competitors. We will definitely return for all our future maintenance needs! Thank you, Glenn,and thank you Belle Tire in Elgin.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Belle Tire in Elgin and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires or automotive repairs. Their prices were very competitive, the service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and professional. A special thank you to George Tijerina for going above and beyond. I arrived at 7:45 a.m., and even though the store didn’t open until 8:00, George opened the doors 15 minutes early so he could help me right away instead of making me wait. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. George was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy, answered all of my questions, and got me taken care of quickly. If you’re looking for a place you can trust, this is it. Be sure to ask for George Tijerina. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be coming back with my other vehicles for future tire and automotive service needs!

  I had a great experience at Belle Tire! Alex, who I know through a local car group, helped me get a set of four Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires for my Audi S4. I got a great deal during their occasional buy 3, get 1 free promotion, which made the purchase an easy decision. Alex got me in quickly, everyone was friendly and professional, and the installation went smoothly with no complications. It's always nice when a shop delivers exactly what they promise. I would definitely recommend Belle Tire to anyone looking for tires and good customer service.
