  I’ve been to the Belle Tire in Elgin about four times in the past month, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed the same thing every time. The customer service representatives rarely smile or give the impression that they’re happy to be there. Customer service starts with a friendly attitude. A smile goes a long way! I understand everyone has difficult days, but when customers consistently feel like the employees don’t want to be at work, it affects the overall experience. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback. Please encourage your customer service team to smile more, greet customers warmly, and show a little enthusiasm. It would make a big difference in the customer experience.

  Got my tires and alignment done here, great service, great staff, they explained everything well. 🤝. A very chill place.

  Horrible Service went for two tires which should’ve been $186 installed and they added on that there was a damage bolt which was five dollars with the labor was $56 in addition to miscellaneous labor of $76. my bill was $345 which I thought was outrageous! Watch out!

  Outstanding experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and even had complimentary coffee and tea. During the repair, they ran into an unexpected issue, but Alex called to explain exactly what happened, kept me informed, and they replaced the part at no cost to me. That level of honesty and communication really stood out to me. A huge thank you to Glenn, Alex, Hunter, Eleazar, and Jorge for going above and beyond. My car drives noticeably smoother, and, most importantly, I feel much safer on the road. It's not easy to find an auto shop you can trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  I had an excellent experience at Belle Tire! They replaced all four of my tires and completed an oil change, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and made sure everything was done right. A special thank you to George, who was an outstanding salesman. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any pressure. I’d also like to recognize the store manager, Glenn, whose professionalism and leadership were evident throughout my visit. He made sure everything went seamlessly and that I left completely satisfied. It’s hard to find customer service this good these days. I highly recommend this Belle Tire location to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
