The customer service representatives rarely smile or give the impression that they’re happy to be there. Customer service starts with a friendly attitude. A smile goes a long way! I understand everyone has difficult days, but when customers consistently feel like the employees don’t want to be at work, it affects the overall experience. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback. Please encourage your customer service team to smile more, greet customers warmly, and show a little enthusiasm. It would make a big difference in the customer experience.
