  Kyle is great! Havent bought a vehicle from him in a little while, mostly based on my taste in vehicles. But i know that he always lets me know when somthimg right up my alley hits the lot. The stranger the better. That last call to me on the bus. I tell you what if i had a place to park it other than my drive, I may have pulled the trigger. Kyle is one of the only sales people that has kept in contact with me over the years because he remembers what I am looking for.

  I can’t say enough great things about Tyler Wright and the entire staff at Heller Ford! Tyler was very knowledgeable, calm and very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my new car! He has a great sense of humor and does his job 110% every day! Chris, the Finance Manager, was very helpful, polite and sweet. No one ever talked down to me or treated me with anything but the upmost respect. I will recommend Heller Ford in El Paso everyday to everyone I come across. At no time throughout the purchasing process did I ever feel pressured to purchase a vehicle that was not in my best interest. In the market for a new or used car… go see Tyler Wright at Heller!!!

  Rich was an awesome salesman and very helpful and moved things along quickly! Originally was looking at a couple trucks closer to me that fit what I was looking for in a truck than I had originally inquired about, but after over a week of the other dealership not moving things along, Rich kept in contact with me and actually provided me with another truck that was exactly what I was looking for. I put a deposit down that Saturday night and Rich and Adam had everything ready for me and even stayed after hours to meet me after my 4 hour drive down. The truck was super nice and actually better in person that it seemed on the pictures. They will definitely be one of the places I look for a vehicle in the future. Thanks Rich!

  This will be a long, but comprehensive review. I found a used car I had been looking for, for a while, at Heller Ford and reached out. I was put in touch with Jason. Since this was going to be a remote, out-of-state purchase, I asked for many photos, videos, and service documents since I wouldn't be able to see the car prior to purchase. Despite this being a relatively inexpensive vehicle, Jason was very accommodating.of these requests and my overall apprehension regarding a sight unseen purchse. I was then in contact with Jake in finance, and due to this being a used vehicle, I opted to purchase an extended warranty. Despite all my due diligence and purchasing an extended warranty, things just sometimes happen with used vehicles. Despite the vehicle going through service, receiving a decent amount of maintenance, and having a clean CarFax report, shortly after the vehicle arrived off the transporter the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. Unfortunately this happened before the warranty was in effect, and it was going to be an expensive repair. Jake in finance wanted to help, so he put me in contact with Taylor the GM. He called me right away and offered up a VERY fair solution to my situation. He was friendly, understanding, professional, and kept his word. I definitely feel that the staff at Heller Ford went above and beyond, especially for an out of state customer making a relatively inexpensive used car purchase. I have worked in the auto industry in the past, at a group of Saturn Dealerships, where customer service was top priority. Not only did Taylor do the right thing, I genuinely feel that he cares about his customers' experience. I highly recommend Heller Ford. My car is now all good and at the end of the day I love the car and am very happy!

  Absolute horrible experience. Booked an appointment two days in advance to test drive the vehicle I wanted. Then the day of the appointment when I am on the way I recieve a text stating the car is out as a loaner but should be back soon. He told me there were other vehicles that were very similar that I could test drive. There was ONE vehicle out of my price range that I test drove. I sat there and watched the sales person play on Facebook while I was waiting for hours. I go do the paperwork while my car is being "cleaned" aka ran threw a car wash real quick. I get in the car to leave trash on the floor in the seats and crumbs. I was so over it at this point I was just going to do it myself. Also, got the extended warranty and if I wasnt paying attention would have been shorted 2k miles on the extended warranty. Sales man said he would get that taken care of. Next day trunk breaks and wont shut got it in and they told me the car would be detailed after it was fixed. Sales man never even attempted to have the situation resolved. We had to figure it out ourselves and push the issue. When I go back pick the car up same trash same crumbs all over. Then we were told someone from the dealership would come pick the car up detail it and bring it back. Then of course that never happened either. The most money I have ever spent on a car and the absolute WORST experience. I definitely advise do not waste your time or money at this place. Its an absolute joke.
