  I just experienced the worst service. I had an appointment at 10:30am to get my oil changed and recalls reviewed. I got a text from Mike saying I could text while my car was in service. I text at 12:00 for an update and again at 2. No response. We were sitting in the waiting room and received no Verbal updates. At 1:30pm I went to the desk. She told me they were only halfway through an update. I told them to stop and just change the oil. She then told me she just answers the phone! It was supposed to take only 20 mins. 45 minutes later I went again. Finally I got Service Advisors attention. So it took 4 hours to get the oil changed…. They didn’t charge me but was ready to push me out the door. I have bought 10 vehicles over the last 25 years. First time there for service and the last…Beware!!

  We have been on the hunt for a large SUV for months. We travelled to many dealerships in Indianapolis/Bloomington/Terre Haute/Brazil Indiana and many times the vehicles looked nothing like the images. There were many sales people who were rude and just trying to push us to buy something and putting many hidden fees when they drew up the paperwork. When I contacted Heller Ford, we were connected with Jason Lyczak. From the very beginning the service we received from him was honestly shocking as it was nothing like what we got from other dealerships. I felt he was very honest, sent detailed videos and went over everything we needed without us even asking. We put a hold on a vehicle due to the drive was just under 3 hours away. We ended up purchasing the 2017 GMC Yukon XL. It only had 87k miles, we denied the extended warranty coverage. On the drive home, a service suspension system came on. I sent it to Jason and he got with the manager and service department and they drove all the way to us to pick the vehicle up, fix it, then returned it with a full tank of gas (keep in mind thats just under 6 hours of driving) I am absolutely shocked at their whole customer service and I will forever buy vehicles from them if we need another. Their service is absolutely unmatched and they truly take care of you as a customer to make things right even when they didnt have to since we didnt buy the extended warranty! Thank you!

  Good value and smooth transaction. Had a little trouble with, after the deal was consummated, the F&I guy couldn’t give us the interest rate we were promised. Seemed kinda sketchy…….. What was supposed to be a Ford Credit 2.9 rate all of a sudden couldn’t do because of rebates. Almost had to settle for a 5% loan.

  Driving through and needed my wheels torqued after a rotation. No appointment. Mike at one of the service desks grabs a torque wrench, follows me to my truck and torque them all, on the spot. No muss, no fuss, no charge. Who does that these days? Well, Mike at Heller Ford did it - this day. Thank you!
