  While buying a new car was not on my bingo card for 2026 (or even 2027), breaking down close to heller was a blessing in disguise. Monte, kris, and the service team were absolutely phenomenal. Being told your engine is toast is something no one ever wants to hear and I feel so bad for the poor mechanic that had to break the news to me when I’m over an hour from home. I went from panicked and hysterically crying trying to figure out what I was going to do to being on my way out the door in a brand new vehicle within a couple hours. The process was easy and they helped me find the best deal they could while listening to me have a quarter life crisis in their lobby. I felt seen, heard, and in trusted hands. I urge everyone to please make the drive out here. I know I definitely will be when I need my next car or my daughters need their first! I also recommend the quick lane in the back! They were so kind and were so empathetic yet straight up with me. Sorry yall had to break some bad news 😅

  I have been to many dealerships in my years and Heller Ford is by far a Five Star dealership!! Starting with the sales team and ending with the Management they are 1st CLASS. The finance manager Kris Born "puts the icing on the cake". If you are in the market for automotive needs SAVE yourself time and go to Heller Ford! You won't regret it!!!

  Outstanding buying experience with Tyler. He did a phenomenal job keeping us in the loop as it was a used car that was getting some final prep work done before we took it home. Very smooth buying process, with the whole staff helping get us in and out as quickly as possible - far different from other buying experiences we had. Thank you to the entire Heller crew, especially Tyler and the body shop, for getting us in a great car!!!

  My wife and I were visiting family and in the market for a new minivan and had a bad experience at another dealership. We heard that the folks at Heller would treat us well so we made the trip up to El Paso and within 2 minutes of being there we met Steve who was absolutely stellar from the get-go. He was very patient with us and very personable. He never once tried to ‘push the sale’. It felt like he was genuinely interested in helping us make the best decision. We ultimately found a great Pacifica for a great price with all the things that were important to us. We live in Tennessee but if we ever need a new vehicle, I would absolutely go back to Heller.

  Recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Heller Ford in El Paso. The customer service that they provide is absolutely amazing! Trent was our sales associate both times and he went above and beyond to get us into the car that we wanted! From the moment you walk into the dealership, you are treated like family and provided honest information. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership! We will definitely return in the future for any new car purchases!
