  As a loyal customer for 10+ years of Heller Ford and Chevy and having bought within our family 8 vehicles from Heller I would have figured I would have been taken care of better but instead was sold not ONE but TWO lemons that has had nothing but issues. My vehicle has been in the shop 4 times in the last 15 months of owning it and my husbands vehicle has been in the shop more times than that due to engine issues although we were told they serviced the vehicle before we bought it and was lied to because the service manager has no proof that work was done by them. I typically don’t leave reviews to companies but I felt that I needed to leave one because I am very very disappointed that after 10 years of service with them this is how we’ve been treated and it doesn’t seem as though they want to make it right. So onto the next dealership when it’s time to get a new vehicle and time to build loyalty with a different company.

  I started by emailing them asking if they would take a lower amount for a vehicle. They said they could work that out so I drove 2 plus hours to test drive it. I was satisfied after the test drive with buying it at the price I offered just to get tld they could sell it at that. If they had said that from the start we both wouldn't have wasted our tie and my gas to go see it. It's unacceptable to not honor a price that was agreed on just to back out and waste everyone's time and money. I would not recommend trusting any spoken, emailed, or texted agreement from this location since they do not honor their word.

  I wish all dealers were as professional as these folks are. Austin and the team were just amazing to work with and went above and beyond. Most importantly, everything was transparent and there were no BS dealer money grab accessories. Refreshing in this day and age.
