  I started by emailing them asking if they would take a lower amount for a vehicle. They said they could work that out so I drove 2 plus hours to test drive it. I was satisfied after the test drive with buying it at the price I offered just to get tld they could sell it at that. If they had said that from the start we both wouldn't have wasted our tie and my gas to go see it. It's unacceptable to not honor a price that was agreed on just to back out and waste everyone's time and money. I would not recommend trusting any spoken, emailed, or texted agreement from this location since they do not honor their word.

  I wish all dealers were as professional as these folks are. Austin and the team were just amazing to work with and went above and beyond. Most importantly, everything was transparent and there were no BS dealer money grab accessories. Refreshing in this day and age.

  Bobo at Heller was nothing short of amazing. I reached out online to inquire about a vehicle and the next day I drove home with it! Bobo answered all my questions and didn’t pressure me. He made sure the vehicle was ready when I got there and went above and beyond to ensure I take it home same day. Thank you Bobo!

  I’ve had my vehicle serviced at least 4-5 times. Meaning oil changed etc as I have a package that covers this. Three times I have had complaints. First time I was driving and my windshield wiper fluid was empty. Next time I had an appointment and it took forever. So they gave it to me free. How do you give it to me free when I have a service package?? Next time they supposedly changed all wiper blades. Back blade was not changed. Tell me to bring back. It’s around 40 miles one way to get this serviced. I think someone needs to be accountable for this.

  Third Purchase... and Somehow the Experience Keeps Getting Better! This was my third vehicle purchase from the Heller Auto Group, and once again they exceeded every expectation. I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, and I couldn't be happier with both the vehicle and the entire buying experience.
