  I recently stopped at a Pilot Travel Center while traveling by bus, and I felt compelled to share an exceptional experience I witnessed. One of the passengers on our bus had a severe disability and was unable to walk or communicate in English. The bus driver did everything he could to assist him, helping him off the bus and into the store. Once inside, the driver asked the staff for assistance, and the response from the Pilot employees was truly outstanding. The team immediately stepped in with kindness, professionalism, and a clear willingness to help. One employee in particular—her name may have been Summer or Autumn—went above and beyond. Despite being new, she quickly took initiative by bringing a golf cart as close to the entrance as possible. She carefully helped the passenger onto it, transported him across the lot, and even assisted him back onto the bus and into his seat. It is rare to see this level of compassion and hands-on care in a non-healthcare setting. The staff demonstrated genuine concern and respect for their customer, and it made a lasting impression on me. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This experience was a powerful reminder that kindness and empathy are still very much alive. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond. If you want, I can make it shorter, more formal, or more emotional depending on how you want it to come across.

  There are 11 or 12 RV parking spots here, but they are remodeling and all those workers are taking up all the parking spots so no place for RV’s to park. There is parking for them to park in front of what was the restaurant, but only one car parked there. Absolutely no reason for these RV spots to be taken by workers or anyone else. While I have been here I have seen 8-10 RV’s leave as no place to park. Pilot get on the ball. Get someone on here to line these construction workers out. They are not buying anything. RVer’s do by a lot. I even took a couple pics where it is clearly marked RV only parking. Even a pic where most all the construction workers should park. Guess I will move on down the road and buy my fuel for both tanks. Mel Higham

  Service suxs general manager is everyone's friend not a general manager like she is suppose to be. Employees wearing their shirts tied up in knot like she works in a bar and wears yoga pants which they are not suppose to wear. They talk about all the customers and make fun of them and make fun of other employees and bullying other employees. Not great service at all would not recommend at all stay away.

  WOW. I have NEVER seen a restroom getting cleaned like this one! When I walked in, a team of women was scrubbing away with all the cleansers, green abrasive sponges, gloved up, working their butts off. They were not only doing a thorough job, but they were also super friendly. It's not a glamorous job, but they were killing it - with smiles on their faces. Kudos to this amazing team and their awesome attitude. Whatever they're getting paid isn't enough! 👊🏻👊🏽👊🏿
