  Oil changes are too expensive, and then claiming their oil is better but in reality it is no different. Then charging for a tire rotation when they are the only dealership that doesn't include those complimentary. The staff was accommodating when they realized I thought it was and took the charge off. But I still paid 20$ more for the oil change than I would have anywhere else

  Not the worst place, but wouldn’t recommend going alone as a woman. 1) They don’t disclose the Carfax on the car until two days after purchase, which I didn’t know was a thing given I have never bought a car. 2) They charge the most for the used car, and their extra car warranty isn’t as good as they make it out to be. I called 7 days after buying the car when I noticed an issue with a component and was directed to a different dealership. They also did not disclose the car was a rental car before sale, which should have been disclosed regardless of carfax. And according to Illinois Code §475.520: It says it is an unfair or deceptive act for a dealer to advertise a vehicle that was previously leased or rented on an individual or fleet basis without clearly and conspicuously disclosing that it was previously titled and using the word “used,” which they did only label the car as used as well as fail to inform me during paperwork signing that it was a rental car. While the car passed the certified dealer inspection while I was there, it is requiring a maintenance, and if warranty does not cover; I will be seeking reimbursement. Do not buy a used care without them disclosing the carfax before signing the paper work. There lack of disclosure isn’t worth ever buying a car there, especially a used one.

  We had a great experience at Dan Hecht. Went in to just look at used Siennas, and ended up making a deal on a new one. Jeff Mitchell is a great person and an awesome salesman. Thank you Jeff

  Our sales person, Payton was so sweet. She had the vehicles we wanted to test drive ready for us when we arrived. All the staff was great and everything went smooth. We are loving are Rav4. Thank you, David and Tammy Bumgardner

  Had tire light on dash took it . To get fixed she told me it wasn't covered i paid $80. For tire valve she said didn't come with sensor. But old rims still had sensor left in them when picked them up. So I think she thought I was lying to her And now all my tire sensors don't show my tire pressure. Not happy I guess I take business somewhere else.
