  I had a great experience with the body shop. Tammy helped me understand how you make a claim and start the process from start to finish. She volunteered to help out on her own because I have never had to do this before. Great communication and the work on my car is fantastic. Thank you I will be back if needed.

  I went to Dan Hecht to get a second opinion on a blown head gasket on my toyota tundra. It was confirmed and i was quoted 6000.00 for the job. This included a couple of other pulleys and what not. If im doing a 6000.00 job on my toyota, then im going to have it done at an authorized toyota shop. They told me it would be about 2 weeks and they did give me a loaner car the whole time. At the end of the second week when i was ready to get my truck, i was told that it was going to take another week. I was really disappointed but took it in stride. I asked if i could get a detail thrown in because the job cost so much. Tammy told me she could get that done for me. Anyway the truck is working great! Tammy was wonderful. They did clean the truck up a little but It was far from detailed. It was cleaned like a 6 year old did it. Overall everything is good.

  Service was great from start to finish. Chad helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs and took the time to explain each step of the process as we went through the purchase. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made buying a vehicle a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

  Shout out to the service desk person who took his time to help me out despite the service department not being open on a Saturday. While traveling towing a trailer 500 miles I got two service lights three hours in to what ended up being a 12hr drive. The service person connected an odb2 tester and got the codes enabling him to find out the issues and verify I could still cautiously drive. He made my day and he deserves an employee of the month bonus with recognition for going above and beyond, not just a pat on the back. Thank you

  Called about an electronic issue with my new Camry. They were so helpful and upfront about everything. They got me scheduled when the proper technician could be there to work on it and even did my scheduled maintenance while they had it. Another thing I loved was they pick up my car from my office after I arrived and work and dropped it back off before I got off. I will definitely be doing business there going forward.
