- AOAlicia O’Dell3 days ago5.0We want to thank Payton for all of her help finding the perfect vehicle for us! We absolutely love our new Trax LT we just purchased today. I texted back and forth with Payton all week and she answered all the questions we had and worked with us to get the best price! She was so kind and we are happy we chose to buy at Dan Hecht with Payton. Thank you again.
- LHLinda Haun3 days ago5.0We are returning customers and appreciate the hospitality and personalized service we received from our salesman. He helped us understand the vehicle and assisted us to place an order. The vehicle arrived as soon as we were told. The vehicle was thoroughly demonstrated. I consider our salesman as a new friend. He truly cares about meeting our needs. Highly recommend Jeff Mitchell at Dan Hecht Chevy Toyota in Effingham Illinois.
- MWMelody WhalinSep 24, 20261.0Had my car here about 2 and a half months, over 10k in repairs just to have my car damaged and the mechanics not even fix the problems I had it in for. They managed to break a valve while servicing and meanwhile I had no loaner for the first month and a half. Gave them another chance to look over my Toyota Camry after spending 10k for repairs that took them 2 months. Timing was supposedly inspected twice as documented in repairs but when they looked over it a second time wanted to charge another 800 to fix the belt tensioner. I'm pursuing in court at this point, would not recommend the dealership to anyone. Not to mention this car was sold by Dan Hecht a few years ago and was told it was a one owner vehicle....
- NHNakoma HoughSep 20, 20263.0The drive belt cost about $20 more than what they had quoted to me on the phone. I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get my complimentary car wash. They must have forgotten.
- SZSue ZalmanSep 17, 20262.0Oil change was fine. The supposed car wash was terrible. I think someone just sprayed water with no soap on it. There was no attempt to even clean my windshield. I would be ashamed to say it was washed.
