  Came in because I could not keep air in my passenger rear tire. Got me in right away, found the problem with the tire, took a picture of it and showed me, bought a new tire and was in and out of there within 30 minutes tops. Had not made an appointment prior to this. Kudos to this business! (Plus the front Desk gal was lovely.)

  Their website states that they are open on Sunday. Their call center allowed appointments to be booked for Sunday appointments. Arrived and a sign on the door said closed on Sunday. The manager, I assume, showed up at the store, and told a group of 4 people with Sunday appointments that they were in fact closed and that they had been closed on Sundays for 2 months due to staffing. Also claimed that they told the call center that they were closed on Sundays. Made us seem like we were annoying her. Didn’t expect her to magically have staff available but didn’t really seem to care that their system was not working or gave a reassurance that anything would be fixed in the future. Not going back.

  The owner is the best … she won’t do anything without telling you what is up first and foremost and always goes out of her way to help you

  I've been coming here for oil changes and tires for several years. Never had any issues, and the service has been great.

  I made an online appointment for Sunday, July 5, after showing up realize there were new temporary hours posted on the door not once. Did anybody call me last week when I made the appointment and tell me that they had new temporary hours so that I wouldn’t have driven an hour to make my appointment on time very unprofessional.
