    Edit: I saw the customer service team replied and said my experience fell short of their goal for their customers. If that were true, there wouldn't be multiple complaints over the same issue. This is indeed the level of customer service they're comfortable with and there will be no improvements unless it hits them in the pocketbook, make no mistake. I could not be more disappointed. I rented a 12 ft truck and a dolly and was told less than 30 minutes before my reservation was to start that it wasn't available. But that I could drive into downtown St Louis to pick one up or take a 26 ft truck. I chose Penske because I had heard good things about them versus U-Haul and other truck rentals. I feel like this was a bait and switch. completely unreliable and now I just don't have any options. I would not trust these people to handle any of my moving needs. They just don't care about the customer.

    I would not recommend Penske. I had a reservation and the truck was not there. I have been waiting 1 hour still don’t get the truck.
