  We've used Dobbs for our cars for about 15 years. Always good service at a good price. Friendly people. A few days ago I stopped by to see what was needed. They measured my tire tread depth, leveled off the air pressures, and said it was time to rotate them. I made an appointment for 2 days later and took the car in for that yesterday. Unlike our usual Dobbs experiences, this one didn't go great. On arrival, I was told they could get to it in a couple hours. Not what I expected with an appointment. Then they phoned me an hour later and said that the tires did not warrant rotation. In fact, based on tread depth, they said it actually needed 2 new tires so they didn't do anything. I should come and pick up the car. During the call, I asked that the spare tire be assessed. The answer was that the tire was a non-Dobba brand so the tread was only approximated. Disappointing. I still recommend Dobbs in spite of having an unusual recent experience.

  Service was slow due to lack manpower. Understandable. Needed a tire mounted on the rim and put on my vehicle. Was in at 10 didn’t get it completed until after 4 that afternoon.

  The crew was very helpful. Was surprised by a discount that they didn't have to give,( I would have never known). Your prices beat the other two places I contacted, before the discount of buying 4 tires. Before my steering wheel shook, how I just build down the road.   Had tire extremely low pressure,stopped in for them to air tire, put air in and noticed nail, fixed tire right away, so happy, as husband isn't well at home,

  My appointment to have four Dobbs purchased tires rotated was scheduled at 10am. I arrived at 9:50. My vehicle was finished at 1:20 pm. Another customer arrived at 10:45 and she needed an oil change as well as the engine air filter which was suggested by the attendant. She had her oil changed and was gone well before my vehicle was finished. I've had numerous oil changes with a rotation of tires before and those services have NEVER last more than 1.5 hours. Taking three hours and twenty minutes to service my Expedition was terrible service as I had the 10 am appointment.
