  Very disappointed with my experience at Dobbs. I originally brought my van in because of a check engine light and a start/stop warning on the dashboard. Before bringing it there, my van had no major issues. I paid about $1,200 the first visit and got my van back, only for it to completely not start the very next day after a short 10-minute drive to work, leaving me stranded and needing another tow back to the shop. Dobbs then kept my van for another full week and charged me an additional $1,100 for a starter and auxiliary battery — yet the SAME dashboard warning light was still on when I picked the van up. One manager even stated he was “surprised the van didn’t catch on fire because of the fuse,” which was extremely concerning to hear after paying thousands in repairs. What upset me the most was the lack of professionalism and concern from management and staff. When I noticed the warning light was still on before even leaving the parking lot, employees shrugged their shoulders and acted like it was not their problem. Another manager told me the light was “normal,” which made no sense considering I had just paid another $1,100 supposedly fixing the issue. To make matters worse, after getting my van back AGAIN, now my windows and sliding door no longer work — issues I NEVER had before they repeatedly took my van apart. Every time I get my vehicle back, something else is wrong with it. I’m six months pregnant and have spent over a week dealing with towing, transportation issues, missed work, missed prenatal appointments, TONS of stress, and thousands of dollars in repairs with no real resolution. I normally never leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and has completely destroyed my trust in this location. They clearly do not care about the safety of me nor the safety of my children to have at the very least a safe vehicle to operate after they “fix” it.

  In my recent experience with this Dobbs location my car had a coolant leak problem. I took my car to Dobbs a few months ago to fix the issue and it was diagnosed as only a heater hose leak. The heater hose was properly removed and they had charged me a total of $700 in total accounting for other services like an oil change. I thought initally this was an unreasonable price but at least my problem was fixed, only for the leak to not be addressed. Dobbs had missed the fact that the leak had been coming from multiple locations in the coolant system. Later on I took my car back for another inspection and replacement of a coolant tube to be then charged $800 worth of coolant related fixes when they only replace another heater hose tube. Additionally, they had charged me a 185$ coolant transfusion on both visits, which essentially just replaces the coolant although that was not in our verbal aggrement, as I am fully capable of replacing my own coolant. In total, I have found that I can no longer recommend Dobbs as they have shown their inability to fix problems when presented with them and doing it at a reasonable price. **Update** -- Recently this location has reached out to me and apologized for the way this was handled and reimbursed me partially for recent services. As I appreciate this sentiment, I acknowledge that they held themselves accountable and made ammends with me and as such have updated this review with a neutral rating.

  Had a great experience very friendly and respectful. Very reasonable price for 4 new tires a oil change ,and tire monitors replaced. We will be back again.

  I dropped off my car at Dobbs to have a noise in the steering wheel repaired. A bit later, the store manager called me to tell me what was wrong with it to see if I wanted to have the problem repaired which I agreed to. When I went back around 430 to pick up the car the guy at the counter wasnt very friendlyas a matter of fact his personality and or attitude kinda sucked. I just paid over $300 in repairs and the dude didn't even say thank you as I was leaving!! Unreal. YOUR WELCOME!!

  In, up, fix, out.... just needed rear brakes. No pushing to get extras. Lifetime warranty on the pads.
