  It has been 4 hours, only asked for a simple tire set change. not a call back to pick up my car. It should not take this long.

  I want to shout out Steve Caler for his impressive service. I had a weird tire issue and explained it to Steve, and immediately he went and brought the car into the bay and handled the issue, no questions asked. I did not see him again until it was fixed. Really great to have someone that cares about their customers like Steve. Thank you!

  Highly recommend Richard and the team at Dobbs! I got a second opinion here after another shop in Edwardsville quoted me for extensive repairs. Richard took the time to test drive the car with me, identified the real issue, and explained it was just normal tire wear—no expensive repairs needed. They didn't charge me a dime for the inspection. Their honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism completely earned my business, and I will absolutely be back in a few months for my new tires.

  The gentlemen that I spoke with promised me a deadline that they not only met, yet exceeded!! They also called to ask if they had my permission to do the 150K mileage maintenance... I gave them the okay, and less stress and appointments to deal with down the road, bc they take care of their customers!! So happy, I finally listened to my mom while in town visiting!!

  Why bother scheduling an appointment, you end up waiting hours before they even look at it. They claim all of their techs quit on them. Have used this location since they opened and the previous location. The GM that used to run it was great, and took good care of you. Now you're luckily to get things worked on, and all they want to do is try to sell you things you don't need. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
