- CWCarl Wright4 days ago5.0I will always rent from this Enterprise branch specifically, when renting locally. Ive rented from them numerous times. My vehicle is always there and ready on time for me to pick it up. The pickup and return process is always fast and easy.
- DRDewey Roe4 days ago2.0Employees are very professional, however the car we were given wasn’t great. Filthy windshield that I ended up having to try and clean the inside. Strong chemical smell causing my wife and I to have headaches. Had to drive with all windows down.(wasn’t the end of the world, just noting the smell was that bad) Returned the vehicle within 24 hours due to this and still charged for two days. This is the second time getting a filthy car at this facility. In my opinion Enterprise has gone down hill on cleanliness of the vehicles.
- JMJason M5 days ago1.0We picked our initial rental vehicle up at the small airport and it reaked of smoke. It gave you a headache in 10 minutes. So they agreed to exchange us for another. My kids and wife were making a scene as we drove away, on a tight timeline. I noticed a couple miles away there was a low tire indication on the dash. Stopped at a gas station to add air the next day and see a screw in the tire. Shame on this location for not noticing the tire pressure light indicates on the dash when pulling it up front for us to use.

I Witnessed staff member lying on the telephone that he was too busy to book a reservation because the waiting room was filled with 6 customers. While I waited for an Uber drop off because they were too busy to help me, one of the two staff members had nothing to do so he was messing around with his phone. Although the customer service was not great, I have certainly seen worse Enterprise branches.
