  Had a great experience at AutoZone. Brock. Helped me was extremely helpful and took the time to run a scanner on my check engine light, explain what was going on, and even helped me replace my spark plugs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and actually cared about helping me get my vehicle running right instead of just trying to sell me parts. Definitely appreciate the help and great customer service! 👍

  This store is a joke, went in to buy an item your website said was in stock. Looked around, and it was not in stock, even though the website said it was, so I drove all the way there for nothing. An old man and a younger man were at the counter, so I asked them if they had the item, and the old man said no. I said the website said you did, and he laughed, so he thought that was funny, and he said I was the 3rd person that day who stopped in to get something the website said they had, and they did not have it. So I noticed a pocket knife listed for $14.99, and I got it, I put it on the counter and the younger man rang it up, then he said that will be $27.49. So I told him the price is $14.99, and he said where did you get it, so I took him to the rack that had 3 of them listed for the price of $14.99, and he just stood there looking at them, without saying a word, so I told him to just forget it, and walked out. And now I will never step foot in another Autozone store the rest of my life.

  I ordered parts for my auv break pads and rotors needed them for sunday ordered on thursday parts supposed to be there Friday arrived there sunday and I got told no parts no order and if I wanted the parts id have to wait nearly 5 hours or more ridiculous 🙃 not happy about my experience i would put 1 star but i heard its harder to remove 2 stars. (East peoria location)

  Great place, good service, however the staff should be trained on how to change batteries. My girlfriend stopped by, bought a battery, and was told they didn’t know how to install it

  I love the staff and I mean that love them they help with my kids while I’m shopping for parts they’re just a little bit overpriced
