- LPLiz Pennacchio6 days ago5.0The Strickland Brothers on Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, Illinois were exceptional with fast, professional, courteous, & extremely efficient services!
- NGNikki GreenOct 5, 20265.0Super friendly staff and a welcoming neighborhood feel! They cleaned up the mess the last oil change place left behind. Tim, the manager, was so kind and explained everything they did and why. I really appreciated the care and communication. I’ll definitely be back!
- LKLauren KunkelOct 2, 20265.0"Had an excellent experience at Strickland Brothers 10-Minute Oil Change. I came in for an oil change, and Tim and his team were fantastic to work with. They were extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. In addition to the oil change, they replaced my filters quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated that the team was fast without cutting corners, and there was absolutely no high-pressure upselling. They just gave honest, great service. I'll definitely be back to this location for my next service. Thank you!
- SLStephanie LarsenOct 1, 20265.0Tim was awesome. He was the only one working and clearly had a lot going on, but he was so kind and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Really knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I'll definitely be back!
- BRBob RomaySep 26, 20262.0Tim and his crew were nice and very professional. They deserve 5 stars. Tim the manager/owner was very accommodating. This was my 2nd visit and unfortunately my last. The prices are out of control and I was very surprised to pay $79.99 + $4.00 for Engine Oil Filter, $4.99 Supply Fee, $5.00 Oil Inflation Surcharge (which eats up your $10.00 Coupon), State Tax $5.25, County Tax $1.47, City Tax $1.05, Special Tax $1.05. Net $92.80. I now realize it is not worth $92.80 for this service. Best to go to a dealer and safe yourself $40.00. Just my opinion. Taxes are nuts and what the heck is a special tax? Ridiculous!
