Needed my brakes done today spoke to Rick and he said to bring it in. Upon inspection Josh the technician found multiple issues with my vehicle. I really needed it done the same day and time was an issue because I brought it in kind of late. Incredibly Josh was willing to stay late to complete the job! Being a holiday weekend I was so grateful! Rick and Josh saved the day, definitely recommend Mavis!!

My husband took our GMC to Mavis for an alignment and oil change. They kindly fitted him in on a tight schedule and we are so grateful. Lou was very nice and professional and offered great customer service. Despite our last minute appointment they were efficient and he didn't have to have to wait long. I want to say what a great experience I had in a not so great situation. My car ended up needed some more expensive major front end work. Lou was on it the day I had it towed in, ordered parts and was looking for parts that saved me money even with having to order the BMW parts they saved me so much money if I had gone to a BMW dealer. I had an excellent experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Downers Grove, IL. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything about my alignment. They carefully adjusted my Nissan Leaf and showed me the alignment results instead of just handing me the keys and sending me on my way.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail. The technician explained why a follow-up check might be beneficial after driving for a while and made sure I understood the work that was performed. It’s rare to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer questions.
The car drives great, the alignment feels much better, and I left feeling confident that the job was done correctly.
