So appreciative of this shop, especially Lou. I got new tires and brakes here a little over a month ago. They were great then but I am even more appreciative now.
Today I called panicked after noticing a strange metal chunk in my tire while I was in the middle of making multiple stops to get the kids from after school. I just got off work, my lovely children are being very loud, I just got the bumper repaired after being rear ended and now this. I'm stressed about spending more money and time on a fix.
Lou was calm and empathetic, told me to pop by when I could. I get there a little over an hour before closing and he immediately investigates, tests it out and it ended up being good news.
Thank you, Lou! My day took a turn for the worse and your kindness really made a difference. I will definitely come back to this shop whenever I need more work done.

I visited Mavis today and my my Lou my service person I can not say enough about how he made me feel relaxed and at eased throuhout the entire process from beginning to the end. And the mechanics Josh and Orin we're very very nice took care of all of my needs they explained the processes clearly and with complete confidence. I'm visiting from Georgia had great conversations while I waited I would definitely recommend to my daughter who lives here to make this place for her #1 for car maintenance in the future and I just want to say thank you to all the guys here today... Oh please let me forget to mention Rick for his support!

Mavis...what a joke of a auto mechanics shop. Bring your vehicle here if you wish to deal with inept staff who require you to take them for a test drive to personally show them a violent vibration in the pedals, that was otherwise undetectable by their world class auto expert staff. This comes after a full replacement of front brakes. And a dishonest sendoff with assurance the issue is resolved...(it wasn't). Laughable to even halfway suggest so. I'd let my 3 year old neice service my car before I ever took it to the geniuses over at Mavis again.

I came in to replace a single tire on my Toyota Rav 4. When Lou checked me in, I asked for his advice on replacing my tire. He reassured me that the tire I selected was good one, aka no up-selling! Evan M was my tech. He was efficient and encouraged any questions I may have about the service. I felt like those working at this location really enjoy their job and it shows in how they treat their customers!

Excellent Service & Great Experience
I visited this shop yesterday to repair a stripped/broken wheel stud on my car, and I had an excellent experience.
The person at the front desk was very welcoming and told me they would take a look at the car and figure out what was wrong. The technician, Italo J., was extremely professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. He spent almost an hour carefully checking the issue, removed the tire, and repaired the wheel stud. He also checked and fixed the stud on both of my tires.
What impressed me most was the price—they charged me only $85 for the entire repair. I had previously checked with another nearby auto center, and they quoted me more than $500 for essentially the same work.
I highly recommend this place. They are honest, straightforward, professional, and reasonably priced. It’s not every day you find a repair shop that provides this kind of service without overcharging. Truly a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
