  Diego and Paige were excellent to work with. Diego extended my rental without any hassle, and Paige got my return completed extremely quickly. Both were friendly and personable, helping to make the rental and return processes exceptionally smooth.

  I had to pick up a rental car today to do a car accident where somebody hit me so it was paid for by their insurance company. Everything about this experience was terrible. I was supposed to be picked up at 9:00 AM. They came and got me at the car dealer at 9:45 AM. I was supposed to have a midsize car. When pulling into the parking lot, a ramshackle and pothole looking place, there were literally no cars there. After standing in line and getting everything in order, John tells me my only option is a Mitsubishi Mirage. That is absolutely, without a doubt, the worst car I’ve ever been in in my life. I told him that would not be acceptable. He told me it’s the same price for an economy car as a midsize so that was my only option. Without getting it to detail, let’s just say that John’s forte is not customer service. I waited for branch manager, Diego to arrive back at the facility. Unfortunately, he was about as helpful as John. Told me I could come back and swap out the car, but as I let him know that I’ve already spent several hours by the time I get to my office trying to get a rental car squared away, I really did not think I was gonna be turning around that a few hours to get a car. After all that and me letting him know, I was pretty irritated, suddenly a car magically showed up and he said he could get it if I could give him a little more time to walk to retrieve the car. I said at this point it’s over. I’m annoyed with them. It was almost 11 o’clock in the morning. I said give me the Mitsubishi Mirage and let me get out of here. So, suffice it to say, I will not be back enterprise.

  Enterprise Rental overall is very good rental company But Try to stay away renting from this branch in downers grove/ Lemont . Four people working their John,Diego, Page & another one are all liars & cheat. They will overcharge u over & above the agreed amount contract amount & then promise to refund which they never do. In my case I spoke to each one of them at different time to confirm if they have put my refund through & every time each one of them said yes. Eventually when I didn’t see the credit for nearly 45 days , I visited their office & they said sorry it’s too late to refund now. So please stay away from these cheats

  Getting rhe rental was fine, but trying to extend it was horrible (the guy on the phone said he was too busy and he'd call me back, never got a call back so went with a different company). Returning it was awful, I waited 40 minutes to hand over keys which took 5 seconds. Other people in the waiting area were visibly frustrated as well. Hard pass on Enterprise.

  Both John & Diego were extremely helpful and understanding surrounding our situation and came through for us in an impossible time frame! We are very grateful for such professionalism guiding us through the process and going the extra mile for their customers. I continue to do business with Enterprise due to management like them - particularly at this location - where staff have historically gone above and beyond, and strive for customer satisfaction - when needed most. Fantastic service, rates, results and customer-oriented team!
