  My Enterprise rental while my own car was being repaired was very smooth. Enterprise drove me from the auto body shop to the Enterprise office, and in the reverse when my car was ready. Wonderful, pleasant experience with nice people and a reliable rental car.

  Two hours to get my car, it was a rental through insurance and because the car was mid-size, they wanted me to pay for the difference. I had to drive 27 days in a car that was smoked in. With a baby under 1 year old. She smelled like cigars with only a 5 min drive. I tried multiple times to change the car and terrible service They only reason I used enterprise was due to the proximity to the shop and it was covered by insurance. Hopefully the last time I need it. I travel bi-weekly and always rent from Avis and will continue to do so

  I was told to come to retrieve a car around 2-3pm. I called at 3:15pm just to verify that the car was ready to be picked up. To my dismay, they told me that they would not have anything for me until Wednesday, it is currently Monday. I made an insurance claim and need a car to travel for work but due to this branch's unprofessionalism and inorganization I had to call many other branches last minute before their closing time. The manager, I believe her name was Jenny, was very unhelpful and could not tell me why one of her associates would book a reservation if no cars were available.

  Great experience. Staff seemed to have a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Rented a Chrysler Pacifica S for a roadtrip and it was comfortable/roomy, great on gas mileage and smooth ride in the highway. I’ll definitely continue using Enterprise.

  I added the vehicle to my I Pass account and have proof that the tolls were paid under my account and provided this to Enterprise However, they are still charging me for the tolls and a $25.00 penalty Apparently this happens quite often as I have heard from other customers on social media that this has happened to them as well Very poor customer service
