  I had a reservation for an SUV at the Woodridge location on 75th Street, but upon arrival, I was told it wasn't available. They offered me a different car instead, which did not meet my needs, and claimed they had asked me to call back the day before. It is unreasonable to expect customers to manage changes while they are away, especially when a reservation is supposed to guarantee a vehicle. The staff was also rude and unprofessional. Avoid this location if you want peace of mind. A friend later told me that 90% of the cars at this location smell like cigar smoke.

  I have rented from this location several times before the staff today was rude and that’s what led me to leave a review. As I stated the the first time was not bad pretty smooth second time they tried to give me a car vehicle that was dirty and smelled like dogs and the door didn’t close properly. I asked for a van and they kept trying to give me a SUV I had to walk around the lot myself saying well what about this van after they told me they didn’t have any vans in they finally said all yeah we can get you that van. Today I go in and the 2 behind the counter are very rude and stated you have to use your credit card because the 2 previous times I used my bank card so this was not communicated when I was making the reservation. I then asked well can I use my bank card for the deposit and my credit card for the rental they stated no. I then asked okay why do I need my credit card today if the previous rentals I always used my bank card they stated because of the SUV however remember in my last rental you didn’t have a van so you tried to get me to take the SUV. I then asked okay well what else do you have they stated well what’s outside so my son asked okay can we just do the van that is is the lot the male said yes only for the female agent to come running out the store saying no that’s not our van after I watched her be very rude too the man in front of me with a thick accent. Morel of the story if you don’t fit geographic don’t waste your time they are clearly making up the policy and inventory based on how they feel…..
