- DSDon SullivanOct 6, 20261.0Don’t ever take your vehicle here. Not only is the manager rude, but the work is subpar. After having new tires installed, the passenger side rear started to leak. Brought the truck back to them thinking it was just the valve, when it passed the leak test. I took it to another shop for evaluation, it wasn’t the valve but the bead that was leaking. All because they wouldn’t spend the 30 seconds it takes to clean the rim. The worst part of it, two days after that while driving, the passenger side rear tire came off. Now I’ve had a lot of tires replaced over the years. Not once has another shop done such poor work where the tire comes off. Damaging all the parts along the way. If you don’t want additional repairs to your vehicle from their poor work, take it somewhere else.

- TBTJ BlackMay 6, 20265.0As a full-time rideshare driver, I depend on my vehicle being in good shape every single shift, and Monro - Car-X Tire & Auto on Ogden Ave has never let me down. Every time I’ve brought my car in through Hertz’s fleet service, they’ve handled it quickly and correctly the first time. No runaround, no upselling nonsense, just honest work. It means a lot to have a shop I can actually trust when my income depends on the car running right. Highly recommend to anyone in the fleet or rideshare world looking for a reliable spot.
- MSMichelle SzymczakFeb 15, 20185.0I have been taking my cars to Carx for years now. These guys are the best of the best! My tech Sean has never let me down and has made sure I always drive off safely. The manager, Jason is also a gentleman that makes sure every customer's needs are met. I have no complaints about Carx, they are professional, fair and do great work.
